Disgusting treatment from the security at a popular nightclub in Sydney Darling Harbour. Below are the photos of how the security does not give a damn about somebody’s dignity. Such a disgrace!! We would be appreciative, if Sophie Kollmorgen could personally look into the matter and prevent such things to happen again in future, as we are in 2024 and we are not living in a 3rd world country. Even in a 3rd world country you get better treatment. We were four, 3 guys and 1 girl, enjoying our night! I believe most of us enjoy having few drinks and get loose in nightclubs. However on 2nd June 2024 at 2:20 , my mate was asked to leave the club. We had just bought drinks from the bar and he was asked to leave immediately! The reason was unclear. We respectfully requested to give us sometime and let us finish this drink that we just bought. But they would not listen to us and they grabbed my friend from his collar and pulled him out of the club and held him aggressively against the wall. His shirt was coming off as you can see in the photos below. The security had a smile on his face while doing so- as shown in the photo below, such a shame. The worst was that, these security doing it was getting all their directive constantly from someone ? Their manager. They were constantly communicating through earphones asking for directions. I wonder and i would like to know, the reason he was asked to leave and was it required to treat him without respect and dignity? As per my knowledge, we had no argument with anyone, did not put anyone at any risk, neither had disrespected anyone! I guess security personnel are present to assure human beings security and crowd management, however our experience at Home the Venue was totally the opposite. As most of us go to nightclubs, have few drinks and get loose, little mistakes does happen. Question regarding our mistake, if there was any, did the security including their manager intervened by giving us a warning? We are in 2024 and in Sydney, strategies like ‘warnings’ should not be like reinventing the wheel! Instead of being treated without dignity later by security, This will give people a heads up and probably they will not buy more drinks. I look forward to hearing from the management team on

(So many people were stopped cause we didn't know) -Also arriving with 1 ID wasn't enough?! Who would bring their passport to a party??!! Just the drivers licence wasn't enough?! - too bad there's no where to put bags and belongings down other then the sticky floor.

I’ve been going Home the Venue for more than a three years now .I’m gonna hate Google for not having zero star , but I’m feeling horrible for home the venue because they allowed such a event organiser who are promoting like they have a future as a headliner artist but in reality they have Mula feri , joke after covid. Guys future is metaphor. Price for liquor was abit overprice that’s okay , and the number of bartenders were understaffed . Condition of Washroom was (-) star . How can I give a star so I hate google for not having negative star .

I’d give 5 stars for the venue itself and the music it provides HOWEVER the management, security guards and the girls they have at the door (River especially) need to pull whatever stick they have up their behinds out. You work at a nightclub babes you’re not guarding the royal family and their assets. I had kindly asked a security guard how I could get to my table that I had booked, firstly he ignored me and then when I asked again he responded in an annoyed tone to go back to the door and ask the lady named River, you’re right god forbid I ask someone who’s role involves customer service a question, my apologies. Only to be treated with the exact same attitude from River at the front - who continuously kept looking at me up and down like I was some sort of peasant asking for money when all I wanted to know was if I had a table included in my booking, she then calls down the manager because her job is too hard for her (poor thing) and this is where I can see where the rest of the team get their rude attitudes from - didn’t even catch his name but it’s not important as based on the reviews I’ve read I’m sure we’re all talking about the same person lol. I kindly told him I had a table with my booking to which he cut me off without letting me explain saying there were no tables booked for the night so I was wrong and that it’s $1000 to book a booth (he was insinuating I couldn’t afford it) so I had assumed the tickets had a table with a birthday package but the $1000 was paid upon arrival as that’s what most clubs do. And again before I could speak he told me all I could get was a free bottle of bubbly so instead of telling him my intentions of paying for a booth cause he was an outright tosser, I went back to good old River who continued to look me up and down and with disgust as I asked for that free bottle of bubbly. So I got free entry and a free bottle of bubbly and didn’t spend a cent on drinks as to not give these people my money. River, security guards and that thumb looking manager - perhaps you shouldn’t be in a customer service role if you can’t stand being around customers. Please go touch...

For exploring mates! This is happend 24.06.2017 They don't have brain and rude animals. Don't have respect for comstomer.

If you want pay $1,980 for 1 second stay at home bar, i recommend here.

Don't go to here. You will pay 30$ for enter fee and will be kick out in 1 second. And call polices. And will give to you guys two penalty tickets! One is 550$ and another one will be 1,100$.

Then don't expain anything for you. Just will be say PAY. If u asking about that, they don't reply to you what happened to you. They will don't listen why angry to them now and don't leave there. Cuz they are same people. They are thief. Just wana take our money.

I was checked my id and pay by card and then waiting my friends front of door. For checking another friend location. One of security was come and told me you go out. And i was reply about that. What? I just come inside now? And they say fellow so i went out and complain about they action. And they kidding me and make me angry! Was before i was happy to come dancing with my friends! Anyway they didn't listen what i say, i request to security 78 josh call manager! And after he come and i talk again but they didn't listen and when i ask their name. Didn't tell me. And we called police and they come and didn't listen and just tell me i have to leave! And even i didn't allow touch my passport, but they take my id and my card and phone also. And was rude! After they say to me will be call my can speak my language police but didn't do. And just give me three papper. I got a hurt my hand and my legs. And my mental also get big hurt.

After when i try fix that, i can't to do nothing. Maybe i'm forginer so they think can do up to their mind! But it's life. Will be get natural revenge to them.

And i can't pay for them. 😠😠😠😠😠

PS. I heard that if u was inside with a lot of people, they don't care even u r fight another person 😂...
