My absolute favourite Korean fried chicken place, I order here once a month at least. I've tried Korean fried chicken all over Sydney and this place does the absolute best and is the closest to Korean fried chicken in Korea. They're extremely humble, no fancy hipster or modern decor; just amazing fried chicken. The free karaoke if you buy a chicken is fun too. They only do fried chicken and drinks, simple and great.
2025 update: There's been a noticeable drop in quality in the past 2 years, I haven't been back since the last time I had fried chicken from here it was very expensive, dry, had that "chicken smell" and was too sweet :( I hope that the flavour + quality will go back to what I once had when feeling homesick...

There's a karaoke room upstairs, which is great if you enjoy singing. If you're visiting for the first time, the old-style interior might surprise you, but I highly recommend trying the chicken. Read moreI ordered 1 original fried chicken for takeaway after a friend recommended it :) Paid $37 and picked up in 15-20mins after calling—quite quick!
The chicken was delicious and made fresh, with a very light and crispy coating. This made it less greasy and lighter than some other places that have a thicker batter coating :)) Some pieces were a little on the drier side but still delicious.
1 whole fried chicken was 2 servings, but if you have it with other food it'd be good for 3...
