Hong Phat Bakery Campsie — Restaurant in Sydney

I’m a local who only gets chicken banh mi from this store. I’ve been here uncountable times and went yesterday to get one. When I got home, 3 bites in, I saw a big dead fly in the roll and it was sickening. I had to throw the whole roll away. Ruined my appetite for the whole night. Today I went to the shop to show the lady the picture of it and told her about it, she denied remembering me which is crazy because it was literally late evening and I go there all the time. She said it’s winter there’s no flies, just kept denying everything rudely. I told her I don’t need a refund or anything else I just want to tell her because it’s not right. She was still very rude said no flies here no no we have a lot of customers idk you. Avoiding eye contact started to walking away to the next person. SO RUDE.
