Very poor experience through the drive thru at Gregory hills Hungry Jacks, the manager took our order and was not only very impatient but rushed us to hurry up and finish ordering. Upon arriving to the window to pay, the girl did not even open the window to talk to us or to let us pay so we assumed we would pay at the next window. The manager then comes and asks us about our order where we proceed to let him know that we were rudely disregarded because the female worker did not acknowledge us or open the window while we waited there for a while in front of the window. She did not even give a little wave to let us know she would be with us in a minute, just obviously avoided eye contact and did not open the window at all. We were more frustrated because we watched her open the windows to other customers straight away but not for us. The manager tries to justify her actions and asks to take our bank card to pay for the order. Arriving home the card was charged 3 times for other orders when we only made on order. Overall horrible experience and customer service. This Gregory Hills Hungry Jacks store needs to retrain it's staff to not be rude and disregarding. They also need to be retrained on patience, professionalism and how to deal with these situations because the manager was very rude in making us seem like the problem. Read moreWe ordered through Uber eats, our order took over an hour to get to us for starters, once our order did arrive we didn’t have any food delivered only drinks. I called the Uber driver thinking that he left our bag with food in the car by accident to which he responded “they only gave me one bag for you, and one bag for another house in your street” so I went into the store to address the issue which defeats the whole purpose of Uber eats. The girl at the counter printed our order off from the register and told me they would make it fresh. I waited 10 minutes, she came back I could not hear a word she was saying so I repeated the order back to her to make sure it was all there, she looked at me, took the bag back and I waited for a further 10 minutes. She came back said something to me which I didn’t hear again so I checked the bag to make sure everything was there, there was still food missing even though SHE HAD OUR ORDER RECEIPT! She said you’re not the only customer and you been only waiting for 4 mins not 10. (Drive through wasn’t that busy) I showed her my receipt with the time on it. By this time is was getting closer to 15 mins. Her response it’s take a few mins for the oder to come through on the screen. I said if that’s the case why does my name come on the screen saying my order been made? She said to its a difference screen. Like I was an idiot or something. Finally got order and went to eat it. The wrap I ordered just feel apart because it’s wasn’t wrapped properly. I asked for the manager and it was the same girl I spoke to. She rudely said we will remake it but will be a while.
