If anyone who is the shop manager could teach the reception MANAR what is team work or hire someone who knows what it is, it will be great.
When we got there, there was no customer waiting. We told her our order number before we go back and put wallet in car. We came back right after and saw her served all other customers came after us. We asked what item is our order waiting for. She said "ohh I thought you have left."
We understand she was unhappy about our question and she then served all other customers who just came in until nobody is waiting before she started preparing our order.
When we asked her why we were disadvantaged in purpose. She said "don't ask me. Blame my colleague. I only prepare cold drink, she prepares hot food. " By "my colleague" she referred to a black girl (sorry to name you after your skin color) who has been all the way busy rushing here and there preparing orders for customers".
On the contrary, MANAR has been just standing there though smiling but doing nothing other than messing up the orders and turns.
We really cannt tolerant her attitude like throwing co-wokers into water for her own survivial. The lovely black lady had done nothing wrong but being MANAR's colleague. Why not just helping your colleague while they need a hand (obviously an order normally gets far more hot food than cold drink) or just remembering the turns of customers correctly?! Luckily I had asked for a the receipt for what I order as the young lady accidentally put another 6 nugget meal on top (not a problem, accidents happen) but then when given my change, she didn't apologise nor say a word! I also gave her the extra toy back still did not talk. Simply gave me my changed and walked away. Very rude! When leaving Hungry Jacks in Kingswood and opening my kids drinks we found that one of the apple juices had already been opened and a sip had been taken, what we assumed it was from the car in front as they handed two juices back, disgusting!! I have taken a photo when arriving home as we have not drank them. My partner and I were absolutely disgusted in the customer service we had received! Read moreNo one deserved a one star but HJ your constant errors with orders via drive-thru lately is a pain. Made an order for four small meals and was told everything was in the bag when all I asked was, is the receipt in the bag as well. Instead the attendant just said everything is in the bag. Quick look and definitely the receipt was not in the bag. Asked about the receipt and was finally given one. Got home dividing up the meals for the family and the so called everything in the bag are not so.
Not a huge missing item but a small chips. OK, no biggy right? Well, not if this keep going and what you paid for is not what you getting. At least get the orders right! Tried calling to speak to someone, but no one answering the calls. Your staff are running 100 miles an hour, mistakes will happen. HJ that's no excuses though, you need to own up and pay back what was charged and not provided.
