I had the absolute pleasure of visiting Hungry Jack's today, and I wanted to take a moment to share my exceptional experience, thanks to the wonderful service provided by Farrah.

From the moment I walked in, Farrah's warm smile and welcoming demeanor made me feel right at home. Her attentiveness and dedication to ensuring my dining experience was exceptional truly stood out. Farrah not only took my order with precision but also went above and beyond to ensure that everything was prepared just the way I liked it.

9th May 2024 at around 10am I ordered a plant based burger and some chips. After about 20 minutes waiting, my order number showed up in the screen as "ready for collect". I asked a male staff on the counter, he checked and said that the burger is ready but they are now waiting on chips. 5 minutes later, when I can see tonnes of chips fried and ready, and they had served about 10 customers who had ordered after me, I approached the counter again. The rude girl knew the counter said chips are ready but waiting for my burger. I tried to point out that the other staff told me earlier the burger was ready but chips were not. Now that the chips are ready, why not serving me? The girl said again, without checking, that they waiting dor burger. It was 30+ minutes wait now. After another 5 minutes I asked the male staff that he had told me 10 minutes ago that burger was ready. He now says that oh whatever. Another 5 minutes wait and I asked them to check, finally the man checks the desk, picks my burger from a corner, which was already siting there for 20 minutes, and says "here you go". When I checked the burger , I was very cold. So obviously the burger was sitting there all along. The staff offered no apology, and rudely said " the burger just got ready now", which was a lie. Extremely Disrespectful Staff at Hungry Jack's Leumeah – Never Going Back

This incident happened on 3rd April 2025 at around 10:35 PM at Hungry Jack's Burgers Leumeah (Drive-Thru), and it was honestly one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve ever had.

I ordered just a pack of French fries and was told to wait in the parking area after making payment. I waited for a long time and no one came out to deliver the order. My wife tried to go inside the restaurant to check, but they refused to open the door for her. There was zero communication—no update, no apology, nothing.

I drove back to the drive-thru and asked if the fries were ready. The lady said yes, so I asked why we were kept waiting for so long. She suddenly put the speaker on mute and just kept saying “hello, hello” as if she couldn’t hear me—clearly ignoring the question.

When I reached the window, she rudely handed me the parcel, raised her voice saying “you need to wait,” and immediately shut the window in my face before I could say anything. I drove to the next window to complain, and she did the same thing—shut the door without a word.

This kind of behaviour is unacceptable. There was no courtesy, no professionalism, and absolutely no respect for the customer. If Hungry Jack’s is allowing staff like this to represent their brand, it’s truly disappointing.
