Hungry Jack's Burgers Macquarie Centre — Restaurant in Sydney

For those who know, hungry jacks has long split from its parent company, burger king, for years now. Hungry jacks is it's own entity and apart from the whopper, boasts some Australian only menu options.

I travel a lot. It's part of my job. And when I'm overseas I pop in to burger king to experience what hungry jacks should have been. And if you ever had burger king overseas you'd know that it is usually better than hungry jacks here. Let me give you an idea. The double cheeseburger in burger king comes on a whopper sized bun with whopper sized patties and arrives piping hot. That should tell you a lot. The one here is barely bigger than a Macca's cheeseburger and always arrives lukewarm. Burger king overseas also have Texan bbq burgers that come with a patty that is twice as thick as the one in a whopper. Again, can't say the same here.

Now with the global perspective out of the way, how does hungry jacks Macquarie fare, even after the negatives?

Almost all the hungry jacks across Sydney, including the Macquarie branch, make sloppy sandwiches without care and their chicken sandwiches are hit or miss. The quality of their chicken patties is pretty bad. It tastes like a cheap chicken nugget, like the sort you'd find at aldi. Even Macca's chicken patties taste better and they are poor to begin with. There's also way too much sauce in thier whopper.

The fizzy drinks taste weird in the Macquarie branch. I got coke but it tasted like syrup mixed with metal.

I didn't think I'd say this, but Macca's is, as of now, barely winning when it comes to budget burgers. Hungry jacks is just putting less care...

Visited almost 4pm and very cravings a burger then stop to Hungry Jack's because the shake's game offer a good deal to me. I came to exchange the shake coupon, but the services are bad, because he 2 boys there showing humiliating (body language) their eyes and pretended the machine broke ( can not read the barcode) in the midle of I tried to explain the coupon diisapear the counter who was see the coupon more happier pretend can not process the same time was 5 people lines up behind me, in the awkward situation and craving situation I keep going to purchased it but inn full price and again repratly situation when I want try the other new offer rainbow bursties he showing machine broke! Pnce again I purchase with full price! In the midle of wait my food, i see other customer (teanager girl) come purchase with shake's coupon but scan bar code work straight away without does shown hard at all and those girls friend also come and purchase with offer the scan work alright without problembat all ! Because I came in quite the boys played with the scanner and the other minute scan work alright for other customer. I was upset with 2 boys are mocked around to me and I am asked where is manager he pretend not hear and leave me to serve then again I repeat he said he is the manager. I am just said this is the way you make it fun teart your customer? He just smiles and disappear and my order also come. Today i comming here between 6pm~ 7pm. and this employee very no good. I order food by display ( very easy that chiken buger it choose for respect that more easy making ). But they didn't prepare material for make food also recommonded change other at after paid here ;;.

So i summit refund. but this people just refund 1$ ;; ( what are you doing?? ;; ). Also they didn't able usage system. So i wait 15min wait. And they said me we are completed order? ;; ( very no good service, why said me first didnt able making? ). But im refund, because this service very no good.

The Cheif manager really be exsistence here? are you provide correct education to your employee?. What are you doing?? ;; If i cheif manager, im not stop by this problem ( your employee making problem with customer for decrease your business ;; )
