DO NOT EAT HERE PAST 7PM! The manager was welcoming upon arrival however once seated I first noticed that there was only 4-8 plates of sushi on the train. Looking up the closing time it states 8pm. Within less than half an hour of closing the restaurant appeared to be well prepared to close by placing minimal amount of dishes out for their customers and was asked to order from the menu via the waitresses. What concerns me is that some people may not know what they want from the menu on the paper and often come to a sushi train restaurant for the sole purpose of being able to grab whatever dish appeals to them. 15min into seating a waitress informed me that the kitchen is closing and they are taking last orders now. At this point I felt pressured to quickly ORDER what I’d like to eat and felt like I was in a drive thru fast food chain. As I waited for my ordered dishes I could see new customers being ushered into the restaurant and observed the same confused face when they looked at the minimal amount of dish presented on the train. After leaving 30min prior closing other restaurants were much busier and seemed to be operating like a normal restaurant within their normal hours. I would NOT recommend coming here any time near an hour or two close to their closing (8pm). A complete disappointment as I’ve previously eaten here multiple times in my early days as a uni student.

Edit: my partner also discovered a dead fly in a...

Absolutely the worst experience on the service and the quality of the sashimi! This place has never served a great quality food a few time I have been past 10yrs but been there a few times due to the proximity to the cinema etc.

Last week when I was there, a white hair was found in on the sushies.. When the waitress was called, she simply didnt apologise but went to the shop manager. When the shop manager came, all she said was that none of the employees have white hair and she would look into it and walked away without apologising again. 10-15mins later we asked for her and have expressed that they should have come back to explain and should have apologised first. The shop manager has come back to apologise but not very genuine at all. Who looked like the shop owner was watching/tuning into the whole episode but pretended he didn’t know anything when I went to the cashier. When the incident was mentioned he also said a few words which wasnt genuine apologies at all. Its very easy to tell how often this hygienic issue come up at this restaurant and how lightly these issues...

Went here, they sit you in quick, 1 napkin between 2 people. No service at all after being sat. The “hot food” was all cold including the money bags, spring rolls, fried prawn bits, and the sushi itself just tasted mediocre. The tables didn’t come with wasabi and it wasn’t on the “train”, neither was (which comes at other sushi trains, so not trying to sound demanding) cutlery, napkins and also no menu to order, as well as no website showing what they have to offer.

You could easily make this better by just including: App ordering Put napkins and cutlery and wasabi on the escalator train Keep hot food actually somewhat warm Add more drinks, only really soft drinks and not Japanese drinks like other sushi trains have Fresher rice, the vegetables were fresh but the rice didn’t seem as nice texture

Probably won’t come back here, maybe in a year or so to see if it’s fixed but just sad, coming from Dee Why Sushi Train and Rouse Hill’s Sushi train which have what I’ve...

BE CAREFUL!! DON'T STEAL YOUR MONEY!!! After lunch, I paid with my debit(saving) card. At the counter, there was a notice that 1.4% credit card and 0.5% savings account. I gave my debit card to the person. However, even though my card is a debit card, the person (looks like the boss) charges the credit card surcharge fee. I said to him it is a saving card why did you charge me credit surcharge? He claimed that all cards with Visa or Master is a credit card. He told me “go to the bank and check it out”. So I went down to the bank straight. The bank staff say that a debit card is saving card even if it's a visa. After that, I spoke to the person who seemed to be the boss again, but without an apology, He said he would check and call me. I know it is not big money! But not only me!! They are stealing money from all the customers who use card. So please be careful when you pay with a card!!

Mitzu, as a representative of Japanese cuisine, showcases beautifully the art of sushi making. Simultaneously, it integrates areas of Western cuisine to adjust to the Australian pallet. Not only was the conveyer belt sushi pretty good, but the 'made to order' sushi roll was fresh and delicious. Specifically, the tempera roll. Although this place delivers exceptional food, areas such as customer service and display can be adjusted. No one came to our attendance to sit us down, or guide us to what we needed to do. Furthermore, the sushi lids on the conveyer belt should be wiped regularly to combat the condensation. Overall however, a very nice restaurant.
