Hungry Jack's Burgers Penrith GreyGum — Restaurant in Sydney

Tonight's experience would have to be the worst. Don't frequent this store much due to their usually slow service, even if using the in-store touch screen, it's still slow. Went in tonight and it wasn't as busy as usual and could see at least 12 staff (usually only a hand full on previous visits). Ordered the various meals and thought tonight was going to be quicker with all the staff on! WRONG!! Was even slower and many of the young staff chatting and standing around, every now and then would place drinks on the front counter. No motivation in most of them too!

After almost 20min wait, finally got the order from a very friendly and apologetic young lady. Didn't get the opportunity to see what her name was. She had straight blonde hair in a mid-high pony and a great smile. This young lady helped out when another worker couldn't work out what I was saying to her, when I came back inside to get my missed burger. She was most helpful, even though I was quite hangry at this stage. I would give this young lady a better star rating alone if I could.

Wasn't until I got home, found the chips to be inedible due to being too salty - more salt than potato! Bacon deluxe burger was bordering cold - After the 2nd bite, I was like nope, but my dog did enjoy it! Also, ordered a caramel thick shake but got a chocolate shake instead - I could accept this one, as enjoy their chocolate shakes. However, it wasn't what I'd ordered :(

Hungry Jack Burgers 🍔 Hungery Jack love Excellent ! This Hungry Jack is one of the top best... We were there, our visit progressed our experience about the Hungery Jack branches, in which most of them we were happy and of course we will visit again and again... The staff are very respectful, kind and professional, they are lovely gave the services.. You can pay both by cash or by using credit cards. It's yours to choose how your payment method is, the process was easy! The food quality was perfect...the taste was unbelievable... The chicken was tasted, there were many children meals all are good, and the potato fray chips were awesome as usual at all times... The environment was wonderful.. Everything was clean, including the toilets... Love this place... Really, it was good decision to come and have a healthy nice lunch there, good icecream and deserts, the prices were fair and even cheap, you can choose the food you like from many different items, the food comes without delay and you can find good table to set and enjoy having your food there... There are ground games for kids they can play here and add enjoying these games and spending some good times.. Everything was awesome... You should visit it and enjoy the food and services... I highly recommend it... We are thanking the staff, much thanks to the Managers of the Hungery...

The girl who place our order she is always charming personality. I ordered 2 breakfast without beef and bacon but I got bacon by mistake I return to the restaurant after an hour and explain to staff about that with expectation to get remake and that was obvious situation that staff need manager to deal with the complain, manager came us with very angry and unenthusiastic personality and start questioning me.

She said what is wrong and I said I got beef where it suppose to be no beef in the wrap. She replied with rude manner that force me to think I made mistake by ordering such a wrap and said you shouldn't order such thing and I replied I always order the same and I'm not complaining all I want it re make and she said you should not order such from here and I replied I am not the one who took order, you should tell your staff member instead of me and she said I'll tell her them for sure and you will not get the meal from here now on.

I felt really bad I never put bad review anywhere but that manager ( 5'6" height , more than average body, black hair, dark face) has to kicked out or re trained. She does not deserve the manager position.
