Went through the drive at approx 16.40pm on Saturday 9th Aug 2025. Our order was 3 Burger Meals and 2 boxes of Chicken Ribs. The young lady who we paid was exceptional and polite. As we proceeded through, the second lady gave us our 3 bottles of water and asked us to park at the front of the store. The waiting area already had 2 cars so we had to park in one of 2 unoccupied disabled spots. After waiting approx 12-15mins the order finally arrived. Speaking with my wife, we both assumed that waiting so long would be beneficial as everything should be hot and fresh. After getting to my mother's place (5mins drive), we discovered that our assumptions couldn't be further from the truth. All the burgers were luke warm at best and looked like someone slapped them together really fast. We were missing 1 Large chips, the medium chips were half full and cold as was the small chips. The 2 packs of Ribs were absolutely disgraceful, dark in colour, cold and inedible. Disgusting. Attempted a bite to confirm but not fit for human consumption. My wife insisted we go back and show these people what $68.15cents looks like. What an absolute travesty for Hungry Jacks. Never go there again, our store is usually Nth Parramatta and truth be told, never had an issue what so ever. Give Wentworthville store...

She was like you need car for drive thru we wont give you food until you have a car and said us to go , as being hungry we called uber tooked the food and then they gave us the food So i request you she said me no hungryjacks give us food at drive thru if you dont have a car so to bring to your notice we have buyed many times burger without car from various branches without car and i request you to please tell that girl to change the attitude . Read morewent thru the drive thru today at 5.30pm as the drive thru was empty i placed my order for a 4 burger family meal and after paying and waiting for 1 and a half minutes i was told to go park. as there was no car behind me i refused to park, the worker then went and got the manager and he also told me to park, i once again stated that there was no cars behind me and that my 8 month old baby was crying in the back seat. he told me again that he needed to fullfill uber eats orders first then he would do my order again i said that i was not parking he then told me fine i will refund you and you can go somewhere else. i asked for his name as he was not wearing a name badge and he refused to give it to me and told the other workers to not give his name and ran into the back while another worker completed the refund. i have been left completly shooked at the level of customer service the manger provided given the fact that the 5 minutes he stood there arguing with me he could have completed the order. after leaving i went to mcdonald where they were completely packed and completed my order in just 2 minutes. this gose to prove that there is no such thing as a bad resturant just good or in this case...
