Yesterday, on 04/06/2024, around 4 a.m., my husband ordered at DT from the app. We were waiting for a long time, what was normal to us. As there nobody answered the DT call, we couldn't order extra items, like cutlery, sauce, etc. However, I told my husband to ask for a spoon or fork, as there were a few staff members in the store. The lady who served at the delivery window didn't listen to our full speech. She just listened to the order number and left the window. My husband was calling her "excuse me " she didn't care about customer speech. When she delivered the order to my husband's hand, even though she didn't look at us, she looked somewhere else and disappeared again. My husband was calling her "excuse me " , 3/4 times. My husband left DT as we were waiting for the delivery for so long, and one more car was behind our car. We parked our car, and I went to the store to ask for a spoon/fork only. The store was not that busy. 2/3 people were waiting for their order. I saw 3 staff members, including the manager. I informed the manager about the unprofessional behaviour of the lady staff. The lady staff was trying to defend herself by giving the excuse of religion, Islam. She gave me the excuse that she is a Muslim, and that's why she didn't talk to my husband. Sister, I'm also a Muslim, Alhamdulillah and Inshaallah. The religion "Islam" never teaches that " you should neglect your duty." Serving customers and asking about their order to be confirmed whatever they need, it's a normal conversation. Customers neither go to the store to tell you about their life history nor to listen to your life history. If you are lazy, irresponsible, or not loyal to your job and don't care about the customers, please don't spread false excuses about religion. Sister, It's your irresponsible behaviour, not Islamic lessons. The manager was good enough to handle the issues. He apologised to me. But I informed that I was not expecting apologies, I just informed the issues to him as next time the lady could be loyal , respectful and responsible to her duty, and behave professionally to the customers as...

Inexpensive Fast service Delicious!
I really think the staff working tonight need a pat on the back.
Tonight the drive-thru was bumper to bumper out to the road, so as you can imagine, it was quite a long wait and a little less than 'fast food'. When I finally got to the window, the young gentleman smiled in greeting, beads of sweat gathered across his brow and he asked me what my order was. I thought 'this is not a good sign'. I repeated my order and asked what the hold up was and if they were understaffed, to which he admitted they were, plus the store was filled with new trainees and everything was haywire.
Through the window, I could see staff bustling about, trying to get their jobs done, working up a sweat in freezing cold weather, doing their darnedest to get it right. Behind me I could hear an irate customer yelling and screaming profanities at staff, while people in the store were mumbling about 'how ridiculous' the situation was.
But you know what? The young trainee came to the window with my order, apologising and smiling.
The customer service under the circumstances was outstanding (and that's coming from an old customer service manager of Australian Fast Foods). I got home and my order was correct, fresh and delicious.
The staff are really busting their butts at that store right now and having a horrible night, while I am sitting in bed, writing this to you, eating the delicious food they made me. I bet there will be loads of customer complaints today, so I just want to put my two cents worth in and say "Well done guys, top job working...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreWe were at the restaurant 9:40pm to 9:50pm until we actually ordered on 2/12. Iām heavily pregnant. Restaurant is not that busy at that time. I used to work here back in school but itās shame to see type of customer service people are getting here now. We stood at the counter, 5mins or more but felt like good 10mins and was furious to see that we had 0 acknowledgment and the boy came out of no where and kept talking to a lady & her kids in different language with no common sense to make a simple eye contact when seeing us waiting. When few more people queued up behind us he decided to say that we can order from the kiosk if not paying in cash. When I said he should have said that before he just went back to his conversation instead of single apology! Few after us left straight away but I still ordered burger only for me for my craving & didnāt end up buying 2 meals anymore for us couple. While we were here we saw he started taking order at the counter using cards & when my husband asked he replied with lie, still no apology. Camera will show all. We complained on the App and only received an email from no reply email id with no genuine response. Itās very clear that management donāt even care nor they train there staff well. Burger meat was so dry that felt off. We personally never received any napkins when ordering from drive through hence we walked in and still the same. I can see many negative reviews for this outlet. It should be boycott. Itās disgusting to see overall fast food service these days where they maintain no...
