Wrost service and management ever!!!!!! Where should i begin with,

The front of the staff which is short girl in height and around her 20-28 years of age has a big attitude problem, You guys should fire her immediately because you guys are definitely loosing alot of customer and us aswell and poor management. So, We order our food with plain Naan, and after we order the food there were like 4 people for take away and one dine in.

The customer ie take-away was serve prior to us and we waited around half and hour for our food and ask one of the waiter and He was like I dont know about your Food because i didnt take your order( it was his words) !!!!!!! Like seriously Cant you go and ask???

Then after 40mins of wait, our food came in and there was butter Naan, I asked the girl we order plain Naan not butter Naan then she replied this is plain Naan and i was like so whats all the grease over the Naan then she was like our plain Naan come with butter😅, and i was like seriously then whats butter naan in the menu??? She got offended and take the naan and slammed the plain Naan to our table that was so rude of her.

Then as we walked for payment she just left the counter and told something in her language to other staff and another staff serve us. I find it offensive and rude.

The Food was okay but the management was poor, like seriously why would you guys hire someone without proper communication skills and customer service knowledge!!!!!! And isnt the customer for Dine-In should come prior than take away?

This restaurant was my go-to place all the time & I have been their customer for 3-4 times a week on average. Food was tasty & reasonable prices & customer service was good too when staffs like Sayed, Shoukat worked. Now all the old staffs have quit, there is a young Bangladeshi guy (19-22 years old) who is uncanny, unprofessional & ignorant of customer needs or requests. He runs away before listening to the whole order & slams the food on the table as if he is forced to serve the customers. Last night while dining at the restaurant, I saw 2 small cockroaches came out from the wooden wall next to me & despite complaining to the female till operator (short height, wears glasses & burqa) she said nothing - not a word in reply to my complain. I was not looking to not pay or even get a discount since I'm a regular but no words of apologies or concern for the hygiene of their restaurant was appalling ! I simply paid the bill & walked away, would never return to this restaurant again. Oh also, the wait time here is pretty lengthy even if you are the only seated customer in the whole restaurant. Because staffs here pretend to have not seen you despite you being seated for 15-20 minutes & when they finally come to take the order, their attitude & behavior is unbelievable !

Food taste: 8/10 Ambience: 8/10 Hygiene: 3/10 Customer Service: 1/10

Avoid this place if you don't want food poisoning or be slammed with food on your table ! Management - please look into your front of house staffs' behavior before you lose majority of your customers to rival competitors around...

I have been eating at hat bazar almost 5 years. But few months,there foods and services go down and worse.One or two customer service girls services quite good but most of them are being RUDE and ill-mannered. I went yesterday evening with my friend having plain chicken briyani and botti kabab. I had to wait for 30 mins to get the meal. Even though, there were only three groups of customers sitting on three tables and FIVE customer service girl. As a customer service girl, they should let us know that meals will be late.They just talked each other their matter and laugh. I felt that I am definitely not in a restraint may be in a park waiting for my tea. Waiting for meal is not a problem but the way they talk or react when we call, ITS COMING!!!!!! like we are some stupid and asking for meal again and again. we had to do take away after wasting my 35mins. I was feeling to get the REFUND but I do want to talk with them and wasting my time too. They don't have any manners or don't have any idea of customer service. Anyway, It happened to us too many times, but services are same and worse. I never ever will go and will suggest my friends try to...
