Very boring service. No smile. No thank you. No words. No recognition of repeat customer. I don’t like boring. Boring is so boring.

I said the chair is wobbly and dangerous, so the worker just moved it to another table. I’m not going there, again, I don’t care about the bakery pastries. They don’t taste good with poor service.

Good customer service is about building a relationship. Build a reputation by building a relationship.

I bought an assortment of pastries $60. The worker was shoving them into a paper bag as fast as she could. I asked if she had a box and she reluctantly brought one out and started to shove them all in there. So asked if she could be more careful and put them carefully into more boxes or provide a bigger box if possible, so she did with reluctance again.

My daughter went I. And bought a loaf of bread and when she asked if they slice bread, she got a ‘tut-tut’,...

Rudest, worst customer service experience. Stopped specifically to buy 4 little cakes at nearly $8 each. Went to pay via EFTPOS debit from my cheque account. Woman went to process my payment without any discussion. My card is temperamental. When it didn't work first time, she announced there is a surcharge for Credit. I said I'm not using Credit card, I'm using Eftpos. We then had argument about this. She said it's written on sign. I asked where. She pointed to sign which mentioned only credit cards. Nothing about Eftpos. She kept pointing to the sign and I kept on saying it says nothing about debit or Eftpos, just Credit cards, which were specifically listed. F...King rude woman. I walked out saying I'll never buy cakes here again ( after I paid cash ). I'll actually never go there again for anything. I'll go where my business is appreciated and I'm not treated like a cash cow...

Update for Sep 24. Service can be hit and miss. Majority staff are bright and smiling others can be sour, could be resting BF syndrome...🤔

Excellant cafe / bakery in the hub of Lindfield. Freshly baked goods on site with great coffee. I had the perfect, litest Quiche Lorraine,the flakiest blueberry danish x 2 and cafe latte x2 ! Both warm and tastfully inviting. The cafe tables were bussed very quickly and the entire premises are clean and bright. Recommended for the quick bite, or group catchup. Prices are reasonable, but will hopefully come down... Lounges and some light music in the background would make this the perfect place for any gathering! 😊

For takeways there is a shady green park 75m away for fresh air to enjoy...
