I've had extremely bad experience at this restaurant on many occassions. Every time i go there, i kindly ask them to serve my food in an unbroken plates as most of their plates are broken on the edges (absolutely unhygenic and health risk) and everytime they give me a strange look, comment something in thai and make a laugh of me. Last time last the waitress was extremely rude, aggressive and insulted me in front of everyone. I was having a meal and in the middle of it went to the toilet for about 5 minutes, when i returned they already cleaned my table. I went to the cashier to pay and adviced her that i didnt finish my meal. This lady who wasnt even serving me overheard my conversation, ran to the kitchen and brought one of the plates with food on it and literally throwed in front of my face, saying something out very loud to the cashier in Thai language and i left intimidated and threathened as the waitress kept standing next to me and giving me a dirty looks. On a previous occassion i visited for a dinner couple of days prior to the last incident, the same waitress was extremely rude to me and i complained to a cashier about it, they asked me of what happened but i felt uncomfortable talking about it in front ofother clients and adviced them that i would rather call and explain over the phone. I asked for her name but they refused to tell me her name and they pretended not to understand when i asked them to pass on to the owner to contact me few times. I called earlier today and spoke to the meneger Lee (who is absolutely incompetent) and acuused me of complaining a lot when i put to him about fractured plates with proken edges, he response was: ' you like to complaint a lot"and he kept on wasting my time by arguing, pretendin not to understand, making me repeat myself number of times before repliyinh with a ridiculous excuse that they have so many plates and it would be problematic for them as ordering them would take a long time. He also adviced me that i could make a formal complaint with Fair trading and h would answer any of their questions. I asked him to pass on my phone number for the owner to contact me in order to resolve my complaint but he simplu hung up the phone on me. This place is a disgrace and it doesnt diserve even one star.

We were seated in a dirty area. There was a soft drink or water spill on the floor. When we asked the waitress to move us she did so but with reluctance. Really it's not much to ask to be seated in a clean area to dine. Anyways after that ordeal was over their menus are tattered and difficult to follow. Even worse it takes forever for somebody to come and take your order (but to be fair they had a full house). We ordered the Thai green curry and a prawn dish (pictured). The prawn were nice I enjoyed them but they lacked authenticity. This is being critical - the prawns were nice I enjoyed them. The Thai green curry on the other hand was horrendous! If I wanted Indian curry I'd have gone to an Indian restaurant. Extremely spicy and pretty much identical to Indian curry. All I commend this place on are the portions - they were quite large. The food was definitely filling but it's a hit or miss with this place. 50% of the food was good the other half was hardly edible. Yet you pay the full amount. Ideal dining experience? Definitely not but I will give credit to the prawn dish pictured. Try your luck you may or may not be disappointed. Honestly a mediocre experience, hope yours isn't. Half decent food deserves a half decent rating 2.5\5.

Most of the meats are always cooked wonderfully. 1) Duck sweet sour w/ Rice just ok for me. IMO, duck and sweet sour base do not blend really well. 2) Khao Mok Gai. I love it. All of the foods are compatible with each other. The chicken does remind me of hainan chicken (but with spices) though. 3) Pad Prik Noodle Beef (It taste like stirfry kway teow more sweet, peppery, and perhaps there is a lil' teriyaki sauce?) 4) Khao Nuea Dang, meat average, there is a anchovy/salt fish (not sure) with chili to dip. It also has other dipping sauce, remind me of cuko sauce. 5) Tom Khak (mine w/ fish), it reminds me a bit of soto betawi (which use milk/coconut milk) but more sour. I like it. Pics: it is on chronological order (check the number) however number 1 become the last number as it might look disgusting as I forgot to take pic before eating :>

My experience with eating at this restaurant has always been fantastic.

Unfortunately trying to order on the time for Thai Restaurant website has proven to be difficult. Each time we had ordered the website crashes and then you are forced to make a call.

Please note when making an order online you receive the 15% discount for your first order

It appears the Manager Lee and waitress Pear are full of excuses regarding the website, ie: that's is its a new implementation, it's being updated and yadayadaya bullshit, and won't honour the first order discount.

The key is they want you to call, Please understand this Lee ..don't care about your implementation your website update or any other technology failures you have. If your website is poorly designed speak to your web developer, maybe you can then save 15% rather than having your customers forfeit the first time discount.

Again we know what your saying is bs.

And stop the false advertising, maybe you don't understand the ethics and morals behind this but your customers do.

In response to your recent post, all of this would have been avoided if I was treated as a customer instead of Lee and Pear debating on whether the implementation went through or so customers can receive 15% discount.

Honour your customers and they will honour you (principle)!!!

If you read my first line I praised Time for Thai, I can only suggest get a proper or competent Web Developer whom doesn't action his implementation on one of your busiest nights (Accident) who does that.

And yes it does work now.

Food is...

First of all, I want to say that I ordered a beef noodle here yesterday, and the menu clearly stated that adding rice noodles was free, but I added rice noodles, but when I paid the bill, I was charged more for rice noodles. Then today, the waiter here tried to charge us more money again. Maybe he thought we were Chinese students and easier to bully. I tell you, we all know what you are up to. The order today was that I asked for a fried chicken rice with rice, and then my friend asked for a fried chicken rice (without rice). Another friend ordered curry chicken rice. After ordering, the waiter came to us and told us that adding rice was free, so we believed her nonsense. Then when the dishes were served, I found that the soup of our fried chicken rice was gone (it was clearly there in the picture), and the rice was a large portion. The waiter later said that this would cost more. We were inexplicably cheated. Later, when we added rice, the waiter's attitude was very bad. He only gave us a little rice. I'm curious, can you Thais not afford to eat? When I asked for the receipt at the end of the bill, the waitress' tone was also very shady. She said that this bill is not yours. Anyway, it sounds disgusting. Note that the waitress I mentioned is not the same person. There are many waiters with bad attitudes here. This matter is not over. I will go to the local consumer rights protection department in Australia to...
