This was my first visit, and while the café has potential, the experience fell short. You need to queue at the counter to order breakfast, right alongside those waiting for takeaways. The room is big , clean and nice lighting. Nice wooden table and chairs. Lots of plastic plants which easy to care for but create an artificial setting.

Atmosphere was a bit chaotic. The young man making the coffee was clearly extra extra busy, welcoming people, juggling taking orders, brewing coffee, plating desserts, and assisting on the floor without a moment to pause. Great skills of multitasking, very polite and hard worker.

Meanwhile, one of the staff members on the floor seemed unsure of the workflow, either wandering around, not knowing the next step or rushing with plates to customers on the floor (when I say rushing , I meant literally he was running on the floor up and down). Thankfully, one of chef came behind the bar to help with washing up, bringing a much-needed sense of calm with her gentle demeanor.

The food presentation was good, and portion sizes were generous, but the taste was quite underwhelming. Simple dishes lacked flavor—there were no herbs, the beans tasted like they were straight from a can and barely warmed, everything else was blend, nothing special. It wasn’t an exciting meal for the taste buds, but the frantic atmosphere in a very empty place with few costumers.

It’s clear the staff are trying their best, unfortunately, this wasn’t the relaxing and tasty Sunday brunch experience I was hoping for. I can’t...

Stumbled across this gem yesterday. I ordered a coffee, and upon tasting the coffee, I realised it was Single O. So I came back today for an early lunch. I ordered the chicken caesar salad, and my sister had the bacon and egg roll. Both were outstanding. I also managed to have a corona, which had a special price of just $5, I couldn't pass that up.

Ambience : lovely decor, very inviting, and a pleasant place to be. It has a 5 star feeling, without the 5 star price.

Staff: Very attentive, and friendly. Service was fantastic.

Price: Very reasonable, it's certainly cheaper than I thought, and compared to other establishments in the area.

Do yourself a favour, and give this lovely place a try, you won't be disappointed. It has definitely become one of my favourites.

Edit: Went there this morning, the first person to approach me was an unhappy looking gentleman. I've bumped into this man before, I gave him the benefit of the doubt but, this time he did it, again. I don't like a grumpy concierge, that's borderline rude. This put me off having breakfast, so I promptly walked out. A simple "hello" would suffice but, not this guy. He won't even crack a smile, zero customer service.

This is a shame, because they do make nice food, and the barista with the blonde hair is worth his weight in gold. When he's not there, the coffee suffers some what. For this reason I'm...

Not only was the food amazing, the service was impeccable. I went in this morning for brunch with my sister and cousin, my sister is lactose intolerant and the guy working there went above and beyond to make sure her drink was okay for her to have, coming over and asking if she still wanted ice cream in it and if so how much to put - usually cafes will just put ice in and won’t even bother asking. I got the Big Brekky and asked if I could remove the chorizo, and then it seems they gave me an extra hash brown for free instead of the chorizo. (I didn’t even ask they just gave it to me!) AND THEN the waiter noticed we were low on napkins and brought us more without us having to say anything. Also, the freshly squeezed orange juice was INCREDIBLE, and the mushrooms were insanely good. It’s super well priced as well for what you get. I just found my new favourite cafe I’ll definitely...

The food was nice. We had breakfast there with bacon and egg rolls and eggs on toast. The coffee although nice was a bit much milky. The juices were good too but they had some sort of rule of only a choice of 3 fruit or veg… but the person who we ordered from let us add an extra fruit for extra fees. The location is good near all cafes and shops. The amenities were very cleaned as they are attached to a hotel. The staff were very friendly and the space was clean. The only think was the fake leaves on the walls. Would look better with natural plants :). Overall a nice place.

Quaint Cafe on Darlinghurst Road in Darlinghurst just near the medical centre. Great service and delicious food. Quick turnaround. Coffee was also great. Very reasonably priced for the generous serving. I could definitely recommend the avo with poached egg but I'd skip the dressing next time. No need for it as it would have been delicious without it. Perfectly poached eggs. Definitely commend giving it a try.
