Oporto Bankstown Central — Restaurant in Sydney

Had the worst experience in my life. I never knew that workers are allowed to direspect customers who want to order. An oporto worker did today, Ive never ever been treated like this in my life and on top of that she did a sign with her hand "like blah blah" when I said that what she did is disrespecful. I ve been to opporto countless times, I usually love their food and customer service but my experience today flipped my whole idea of buying from Opporto Bankstown. I thought Opporto had high standards of hiring people with the minimum of customer service etiquette. Now Im steering clear from the whole shop and telling everyone I know to do so so they don't get such an appalling behaviour. All I can say if you don't know how to treat people respectfully don't work in a job that deals with people. Simple as that. On a side note, if it wasnt for the lovely manager there I would have given them 0 stars, she was very lovely, understanding and kept apologising even though it wasnt her fault and hats off for doing so. The lady at the checkout was acting crazy.while I was checking menu she kept shouting the next person,even though I was not in the queue she kept yelling to me which I didn't care and let her shout until I am properly ready and know what I want.then I order a burger to another lady on the cashier and ask for no bacon.that crazy lady told her to offer me another burger if I don't want burger.i said no,I want what I want with no bacon.anyway ,got my burger and after a bite I pull the chicken out eat as it is and put the rest in the rubbish.bread was soggy wet,chicken was cold ,way too much sauce and horrible taste.never going back this...

Honestly, I love Oportos and their service is great BUT after today, I am never having Oportos again because of the experience I had. I bought a single Bondi burger meal. As I was eating the burger, half way through, I took a bite that actually changed the whole experience. This bite, I kid you not, tasted like I had bitten into a live chicken or a chicken farm.
