I am a part time regular customer to this place. On my shopping day on Tuesday I went past Gozleme King and placed an order for Vegetarian Gozleme and paid for it.
Then without knowing, I left the Shopping Centre forgetting to pick up my order. As soon as I got home I called Gozleme King and a man answered and I explained to him that I paid for a Vegetarian Gozleme but I forgot to pick it up and I live far not able to pick it up today, so could I come on my next shopping day to get it? He said yes and I’ll let one of the workers know to prepare you one.
When I got to Gozleme King and spoken to one of the women workers there in regards why I’m here, she spoken to me in a rude behaviour not respecting my age as an elderly woman and questioning why did I forget my order and in a threatening manner telling me not to do this again. Like she is saying to me next time you pay but forgot to pick up your order, you won’t get nothing.
Then she made me stand there for 30mints to prepare Vegetarian Gozleme. I felt like I was punished for claiming an order that I paid for but forgot to pick it up.
When I got home and open the Vegetarian Gozleme, it was very poorly made. This is the worse treatment of service I every received.
Food establishments are about and meant to be welcoming, treat their customers with respect and always inviting them with a smile. Not having this quality of service, is not having a great Food...
Read moreI’ve been a regular customer here for over 2 years and each time I go , it seems to become worse. Starting from the customer service it is absolutely appalling , no acknowledgement towards customers not even a simple smile. It is very uncomfortable to walk in and dine you feel forcefully serviced. It is such a disappointment as the food is great. I was also charged just for having an extra 2 cups of tea that should be complementary. Unless theirs been recent changes to charge further for tea that I was unaware of. Defiantly wasn’t happy about todays experience , as walking in today with my father who had a special request , how ever the request was declined saying that “there isnt without onion” he was left gobsmacked , as we still dined in and sat we realised that we were treated poorly and we did not appreciate walking out from there upset. I am a manager myself and I understand running a business isn’t easy and providing great customer service is essential. Customer service is key and is how you make the customers feel. Read moreI don’t even want to rate This place cause of how disgustingly rude the service was by the staff, went out to have lunch with family; I got my own food from outside the store and the old man that works there came to scream at me for bringing outside food he started with “DIDNT I TELL YOU NOT TO BRING FOOD FROM OUTSIDE” his face was turning red that’s when I felt the disrespect from him and told him not to speak to me like that. And left and asked for a refund! I’m never eating there in my life, I hope you can recruit better and non racist staff, they literally throw the food in your face as if we’re not even customers! The old man that works there needs to go learn some respect otherwise he’ll end up in a bad place if he continues to speak rudely...
