Joe's Italian Restaurant & Pizzeria — Restaurant in Sydney

Ordered online from their website which directed to Menulog app, no issue, but the app told me the pizza would be ready at a certain time and ended waiting at the restaurant 10mins before it was indeed ready. Not an actual problem for me at the time and recognise likely more a Menulog app issue than the restaurant. Staff are friendly. Rating is on the pizza we had (garlic pizza bread, supreme and the Pittwater (a seafood pizza). It wasn't that great, was most disappointed in the garlic bread, couldn't taste the garlic at all. My good friend and I were treated to the most friendliest welcoming atmosphere, that you can experience in an Italian restaurant anywhere on the northern beaches ! This is NEXT LEVEL when it comes to perfect pasta and pizza ! Ask for the Joe's special pizza ! Unfortunately, not a great experience. 50 minute wait for 2 takeaway pizzas. The owners/workers all appeared stressed and unable to cope with demand. The restaurant itself was quiet inside, there weren't many people waiting but the wait times were ridiculous. When I and my daughter finally got the pizzas back to the campsite we found they were over cooked and bland tasting.
