Coffee is horrible, owner extremely rude. I was waiting for my child’s food, was very busy, so I stood to the side, where I am not in the way of customers. While still able to watch my child. Due to recent surgery, I am feeling lethargic and foggy minded, I have forgotten there was change room/bathroom next to the serving window. Owner/Manager (The man with glasses ) walks out, he said “ Excuses me”. Which prompted me to move away and apologised at the same time. Instead of accepting apology. He continued to verbalise his discontent, saying “ I should know my spacing, that I should know there is bathroom/ change room”. Which I explained I have forgotten due to exhaustion and foggy mind. He continued, so I responded “ Hey there is no need to be rude, I have apologised and moved out of the way” He pointed at me “ You, This is rude” For the prices of the food, it lacks quality and service. There are many amazing cafe around. Convenient when child swims there, but definitely not quality...

I asked the main server if their practice is to serve takeaways prior to those sitting down, even if they ordered well after those eating in. His response: "Of course. That is how all cafes run - whatever is quickest and easiest." I received my cup of...

This is probably due to the surly, abrupt and unhelpful person in charge who has set the low tone for the rest of the staff. He is in the wrong job: He never smiles, is rude, and seems reluctant to serve anyone. Also, on the weekend the chairs have been packed up 2 hours before closing time. Customer service needs a...
