KFC Bondi Junction Eastgate — Restaurant in Sydney

We entered at 8.53pm There was water on the floor near the entrance, because they were already cleaning the floor because they were closing soon, despite it saying online that they close at 10.30pm, the teenager behind the counter corrected me by telling me they close at 10pm.

Before acknowledging us, we had to wait that she tree another 3 buckets, her hands were dirty and her other colleague was making a selfie.

Only the boy at the front was working properly, packing online orders on his own.

Is this closing procedure the norm at KFC? Throwing buckets of water on the floor, while customers are still inside? And starting the closing procedure over 1h before it supposed to be closed?

They did put a sign for the water but against the wall and not in front of it so we did step in it before seeing the sign.

I ordered a go bucket popcorn chicken. Not my first time ordering this. The chips were burnt and overcooked on the outside and somewhat raw on the inside. The popcorn chicken tasted old and oily.

It wasn't tasty.

I don't know the girl who work in the shop and she's the one what I complain for included in the photo but if makes me or her get in trouble later ,I will delete it straight away.

she throws away the map stick to floor when I tried to call * excuse me * for my food order.

bit scared because she looks angry and/or aggressive anyhow. just told her to say sorry that I ask something when she is busy . and I trying to order food when she is busy.

well 2 stars and that’s being generous! what a lousy place to call “fast food” more like “slow food” I’m pretty sure there isn’t one person who works in there that isn’t over the age of 16, their care factor is 0 to none and it shows in their appalling customer service skills. There is no smiles, no half polite welcomes, just teenage kids thinking that their better than everyone else that they can’t even crack a smile. Food is mediocre to say the least, chips are not salted enough, chicken is usually so dry or so oily there’s no in between and then when you do finally get your order they have usually forgotten between 50-80% of your order. Ever since they moved to spring street the service has gone so down hill (didn’t think that was possible but hey...
