Tonkotsu Ya — Restaurant in Sydney

So I just purchased 2 sushi rolls there and 1 sushi

I use to come here and grab snack during working hours and there is a Asian guy from hk He is very nice and passionate , u can feel his passion in the conversation Giving excellent service

However Today I am there and meet a lady A bit aged She is very cold Conversation: May I have spicy prawn roll ? Then she say Anything else ? Then I feel it right away Cold but anyway who knows what she been through

Then at counter check out It is 9.80 and she charge 9.85 and didn't explain why there is 0.05 surcharge She just press it and I am ok I Tap

Then I ask can I have 5 soy sauce ? She say "OH no I can give you ..

Then she take a look in the sushi in her hand

Then she say 3 or 4 "

To be honest Such a customer service is disgusting A pack of soy sauce earn u the whole shop a one star

I simply don't recommend such a disgusting service If you don't want to work there why bother standing there providing customer service Stay inside kitchen and do what u...

i gave this restaurant a really bad review last time but the owner came to us today and apologized he said that he fired the previous manager for being rude to us he said that manager been working for him for 2 years but that kind of attitude is not worth keeping... we really love the food here so when we noticed that he was not in the restaurant anymore we came back and eat here again....

I was treated horribly at this place. The staff would not serve me and when I said that I would like to order, she treated me as if I had cut in the line, practically threw the change at me and giving me death stares. When I asked her why she was being so rude to me, she looked then ignored me. All I wanted was one sushi roll for my 5 year old, I didn't know what to explain to her when she asked why this shop was mean...
