Worst rice paper rolls I’ve ever experienced. One tiny layer of rice paper holding ingredients which led to the whole thing disintegrating after one bite. Impossible to eat without a spoon and I don’t carry a spoon when I’m shopping - it’s supposed to be finger food Manga! Manga - your staff do not know how to make rice paper rolls. If you’re trying to save food cost by minimising rice paper, all you have achieved is making your product impossible to handle and eat, and making your customers so disappointed they will never return to your shop. There is no way I will ever return to your store after being sold such a ridiculous product.

Stakeout sushi with brown rice and black rice options which feels healthy. Sushi is fresh and has a good amount of vinegar seasoning in the rice. They do charge a bit extra for wasabi and soy, unlike other sushi places which is free like sushi hub and the wasabi quality isn't very good.

I ate 2 sushi rolls with tuna, avocado and brown rice. They make very good portion’s size, so probably 1 roll was enough to make me full. Good taste, good range to choose from and well presented behind the window. Fast service.

I pre-ordered sushi at 9:00am for an event with 13 people, scheduled for delivery between 12:00–12:45pm. By 1:15pm, the order still hadn’t even been completed, meaning it didn’t arrive until close to 1:45pm. This completely missed our planned lunch break as a working group.

I had placed the order early specifically to give them sufficient time to prepare four small sushi trays. The Uber driver mentioned they had “run out of rice,” which is hard to believe for such an early order, especially from a sushi business. If this was the case, I should have been contacted immediately so we could make alternative arrangements.

Overall, this was a very disappointing experience. The lack of communication and the significant delay undermined the purpose of pre-ordering and caused our event to...

As a sushi addict and connoisseur, I cannot say that Manga Sushi is the best in Sydney, as I haven't tried them all. But unquestionably the best I have come across. So many are drowned in mayo and/or spiced with sugar. Here I enjoyed the clean, fresh unadulterated taste like I experienced in Tokyo. Highly...
