Worst food and worst service ever in last 7 years of my experience with KFC. I visited this store in 21st September , Saturday around 9:50 am in the morning . We were just 2 people waiting for our orders but still our order was late . Not only this , the hot and crspy chicken I ordered was served cold to me. What a terrible service ????? .Can you explain me to this? This is completely out of my expectations. You serve cold chicken to customers ??????Was it fried the day before ? I completely hear that one of the staff( girl) was scolding the other staff for some reason .It was just 2 pending orders at that time but anyway if they are late to provide good service to their customers , they should focus on providing good service to the customers in time or start with something else ? The staff really need a training . And main joke of the day. They pack my food in the smallest bag they have and the bag was heavy. As soon as I grab the bag it was broken and the food items start to drop on the floor. I ask my wife to help me to pick up the items in the floor. Why did they pack my food in the smallest bag when they have the big bag available???
Also , all of the tables were dirty . All this is happening when there are just 2 pending orders ????
This is the first kfc store from where I bought my first kfc meal before 7 years and used to be the best kfc store for me . I used to visit this store everyday since both of my workplace and University were nearby but now i had the worse experience ever in last 7 years among the 100’s of food stores I visited for food. Read moreI used to work for a fast food chain myself in the front counter and I have never seen staff that doesn't have a purpose of being there as I saw today. There were a lot of orders, one was doing the packing and one other was dispersing the order. The other young guy was just posing as a Colonel Sanders statue. And when he was supposed to help, his speed was 10km/pH. I was already fuming as I will need to run for my train in less than 7 minutes after waiting for 15 minutes. And my mashed potato leaked as I had to walked faster than Charlie Chaplin to the train station. The slow coach guy just didn't bother to close it properly when he put it in the bag and I saw that. I just didn't have another minute to re pack everything. Only in the train, I cleaned up the mess in the bag and cursed under my breath.
The Management should train the staff to be customer conscious and realised that during peak hours, there should be more than one staff managing the order and packing. Some orders may take time to prepare but what is already there, should be served immediately although I understand the concept of first come first serve. Simple logic. I ordered chicken and 2 sides. And there were 5 trays of already cooked fried chicken. So how does that take 15 minutes to prepare when the sides are already pre-packed. I just cannot find any excuse to not comment.
Please improve your service. More so during the peak hours especially when people just finished work. People are tired and hungry. We can wait if everything was managed systematically but not when staff doesn't take their work seriously and work too slow than a...
Read moreI have to write this cause the experience was upsetting. Last night was a normal not quite busy night (29/10/24) I walked in around 9.40 pm. I have to order at the counter cause my order is always this specific but very simple. This Nepali looking female staff (wearing black shirt) served me, I order my usual 6 pieces spicy chicken also I told her "No breast". She put in order , I saw she put the "no breast" info on the screen, the chicken still on original though (i thought ok, noted on the screen) then i reminded her it's spicy. She then changed it to spicy but then the no breast note disappear. She gave me the receipt then I just had to make sure she did correctly so i said : " no breast right?" , she said yes!
I then saw her (the same staff) preparing all the orders coming so I was convinced this will be a very simple task, while one girl shouting all ready orders to customers. I got my order, then went home. Opened the box, you know what i got ??? TWO BREASTS AND THREE DRUMSTICKS. Yes, not only she messed up the simple instruction, she also unable to count the right amount of chicken order on a very uncomplicated one item menu. So i was short 1 piece of chicken as well! I wish I took picture but i was too tired and hangry. I just ate the dry and cold chicken (I don't know why it's not even hot when i got it.
