Unfortunate I can’t give zero; terrible experience this evening at St Peter’s KFC with store supervisor Ashish, didn’t attempt to solve the issue, talks down to you saying it’s store policy can’t give me a complaints area, can’t write down a number and name to contact, just repeated its store policy a hundred times can’t give me anything other than you Google it; tried to order a simple go bucket with a Pepsi max can, thought probably an add on but refused to do that as again against store policy wanted to charge $8.75 saying he can’t do it as an add on, store policy even though had bought it other KFCs for $6-6.50 from memory which I explain, too bad store policy, kept asking can you simply write down the contact details of who to complain to for me to leave etc, just kept refusing saying it’s store policy it’s store policy can’t write anything down and give to me so I can direct my complain, simply not interested in solving the issue and just threaten to call the police etc, don’t know what is so against the law about asking for details written down so I know where to direct my complaint to, was in the drive thru though and decided to eventually drive off only cause I didn’t want the cars behind me to keep waiting as not their fault this guy is trying to show off his power and talking down to customers. Then went down the road to the Rockdale branch, ordered the same thing the cashier, came to same $8.75 questioned it same as I did at St Peter’s, she call her supervisor who was super friendly and knew how to speak to customers and advised me that its not an add on you would be getting it as a combo which is $5.95, super friendly branch, came with a solution as he knew his products unlike Ashish at St Peter’s who just wanted to get rid of me and just threaten to call the police which is evident he has no idea of what his products are, needs extensive training on how to deal with customers and come to sort the issue with a solution instead of attacking, I’d recommend he spend time at the Rockdale branch as they were super friendly and sorted it out in seconds, unfortunately I didn’t get the guys name at ROCKDALE BUT...
Read moreI only utilise the service of Menulog because they deliver to my address from St. Peter's where other services will not. I continued to only order from the St. Peter's location as the order is always correct, on time, fresh and delicious..until today. I ordered three pieces of hot and spicy chicken and 1 family feast with 10 pieces original receipe. In that package deal I requested 3 mash and gravy, 1 coleslaw and bread rolls. I received 2 what looked like popcorn chicken pieces and two potato and gravy instead of the three with the remainder of my order. I contacted Menulog and was refunded for the missing and wrong items a total of $12.00. Once I sat down to actually EAT my $64.00 meal the Original receipe chicken was absolutely INEDIBLE !!! The batter on the chicken was nothing but SALT which inturn affected the meat of the chicken. Salt,salt and more SALT!!!!!!!!! My dog refused to eat it! What an incredible waste of a meal I have had to save for..... Called the restaurant and after explaining the situation to the "Manager" instead of trying to assist and have SOME form of Customer Service, she chose to attack and belitttle and abuse me for the best part of over a minute straight. She obviously did not realize she was on speaker phone the entire time. My husband was so fed up of her disgusting unprofessional manner he walked over and hung up. Read moreI've experienced the worst here. We usually order take away and we would order family feast. If you order lets say 10 chix expect that they will only give you 8 pieces of chix. One time (more than a year ago) they still have this promo for a dozen chicken tenders and we ordered via drive thru, upon receiving our order i actually like counted the tenders in front of the staff just to make sure that its 12 pieces but the staff (a chinese looking assistant manager, with glasses on) told us to go away fo there are other cars behind us. But when I checked its just us during those hours. Literally he shoo us away. We parked near the drive thru and i continue counting the chicken and voila its only 9 pieces. We went back right away and asked the staff/manager about it and he is mad.The worst argument ever from a manager thats supposed to give be calm and handling the situation. We're calm during that time but hin isnt. I only want him to know that it always happened and the service is really bad and there should be an improvement. And besides you paid for something, isnt it just fair that you expect for what you paid for. I mean if ordered 10 and paid for it, i should be getting 10 right?
