CTD Fresh Meats — Local services in Sydney

I travel from Balmain to buy their meat. They are my favorite butcher. Their prices are so good and they have the worlds best Fresh Chorizo sausages. To be honest I find the other reviews a little hard to believe as I’ve been using them for over 5 years and I’ve never had meat go off in two days. My dad loves the tripe and said it’s excellent quality (and he is a fussy Italian). I started to use this award winning butcher some years ago and now feel deprived if circumstances force me into another option. The meat is super fresh perhaps because of storage techniques and high turnover. And, the prices are more than fair. I noticed a couple of one star comments. Seriously how can an accredited butcher be both using chemicals to enhance freshness and have meat that is not fresh. Arrant...

Fantastic prices great meat .. it's fresh and no additives so eat it or freeze it .. don't let it sit in fridge for days on end .. and yes it goes brown because there is nothing in it but meat .. been shopping here for years .. never a complaint .. and yes they are busy .. but I have always found them helpful...
