Ugh! I don’t know if the owner was having an off day but I had a bad experience here. I have been a loyal viewer of their YouTube reviews for a long time and was really impressed by their google reviews so I planned a 5 hour trip to Sydney around visiting the store to get some professional guidance on choosing a twin pram.

I wasn’t approached as I walked in but that’s not the end of the world. After wandering the store for 10 minutes I approached the owner and asked what wagons they had in stock. He said “only two” and I had to prompt him to provide more details.

I then explained the issues I was having with our current pram and not only did he seem dismissive but actively annoyed that I was asking for help. He didn’t have what I was eyeing off in stock, which is ok. But then when I tried to ask him questions he just said he didn’t know anything about the pram despite it being listed on his website. I was hoping he would be able to give me recommendations on options (of any pram!) my twins might like but he made me feel really unwelcome.

I’m really upset about the experience as his YouTube presented him as the most knowledgeable in the business and I was excited to pick his brains. But he just didn’t want to help me.

Natalie, the store manager, is incredibly experienced and will guide you to the best product for your needs. She asks a few questions to understand your requirements and then recommends the perfect fit. Their prices are great, often below market rates, and Natalie will even arrange to get a product if they don't have it in stock, often at a lower price. Their customer service is outstanding and exceeds Australian standards. They arranged to get our pram fixed twice. John is also very knowledgeable and helpful. I saw a few of their videos on Tiktok and they were incredibly helpful and knowledgeable. We were looking for a new travel pram and decided to take the 40min trip just to see them. It was completely worth it. The staff were insanely knowledgeable and were happy to answer all questions. We were able to try out all the models we wanted and they even had a fake baby weight so we could push the prams around and see what they would really feel like. They had everything we wanted in stock and helped us pack it into the car. We will absolutely be travelling there again for any future purchases.
