Kingsgrove Chinese — Restaurant in Sydney

0 stars for this restaurant BUT unfortunately you can’t post without voting the number of stars. I ordered food from here on the 15/6. $70 worth of food (it wasn’t a lot only approx 5 dishes. The food was cold/lukewarm, I had order 20 mins after the restaurant opened but had to wait 1 hour for delivery, my order was late aswell by 20 mins. When I called the restaurant the lady had no idea and put me on hold whilst she went to find out. She comes back to say driver has left, she was very sorry they were really busy. (No idea how when I have gone past this restaurant in the past) hardly anyone is in there, the other Chinese restaurant up the road gets more business & I wish I ordered from them. I contacted menulog and they were so helpful, but unfortunately as this restaurant uses their own drivers you must go back to the restaurant to request a refund. The restaurant refused to refund the poor quality of the food & only would provide a 20% credit. Why would I use a 20% store credit off my next order when I will never ever order from here again. Customer service and how they treat their customers is nonexistent. A customer ordering from their store and just constantly churning that business is all they care about. Brand goes along way and sorry your restaurant branding in my eyes is gone. You don’t deserve business from anyone. Your food is disgusting - your service is disgusting. Customers should have a right to get good...

My go to Chinese Restaurant on Unbereats, like every other new places I order from I'm always paranoid because when I order I have to a big order because I have five kids and my partner is a big eater. I must say the first time we ordered we were so impressed by the portion and the quality of the food, always delicious and we always have left overs. It's been awhile since I've finally found another Chinese Restaurant that me and my family like, I've experienced some really bad services from other places and the prices of the food really turns me off it,but finally we have a place we love to order from and we can enjoy it from the comfort of our own home also. I highly recommend this place and the food is worth...

This restaurant does not have the recognition it deserves. I personally have never been driven to write a review until today. The owner was upmost helpful to my health needs to amend a recipe for me and the food quality was 5 star !!! I ordered a few meals and the menu was one of the largest i have seen in a huge upmarket dine in chinese restaurant in sydney. The food is delicious and the quantity of the meals are generous along with the good prices, although i wouldn't mind paying even extra for the quality. Highly recommend all to try this...
