Phoned through an order, gentlemen answered and said hello, was unsure I had the right number based on how the phone was answered, confirmed this was Krish pizza in Willoughby and proceeded to order 1 pizza. Gentlemen confirmed this was done and would be ready in 20mins. Arrived and the gentleman claimed he had not received any calls, Proceeded to call the exact same number and sure enough, the shop phone rang. He said I never called and ordered despite the fact I showed him my call log, again rang the shop, confirming again that this is indeed the exact person I spoke with and the direct number. Showed him the call log which is evident I had been on the phone based on call duration visible, I was told never placed the order and I was wrong. Appalling service being blamed for never placing an order that was very clearly placed. This is the second poor experience here in a matter of weeks, gave them a second go booing it was better but this was ridiculous. Customer...

After receiving a promotional flyer in our mailbox, we decided to give this place a try. They told us our pickup order would be ready in 15 minutes, so we timed our walk to arrive around then. However, when we got there, only one person was working, and our order hadn’t even been started.

While we waited, there were no Uber drivers arriving and no phone calls coming in. We watched as the lone staff member went back and forth from the freezer, adding frozen toppings and sauces to our pizza.

When it came time to pay, there was confusion over the promotional pricing versus what we were actually charged, which was frustrating to sort out.

Saw the decent review after visiting the doctors and decided to pay a visit.

We've ordered the Lamb Royale and the supreme pizza. To start with the supreme had decent amount of toppings but the flavour was non existent, just bland mix of half cooked vegetables with a hint of tomato taste.

The worst part was the lamb. It was overwhelming with pungent, foul smell with a tinge of sour after taste, smell was on par of a road kill. The texture of the meat has turned mushy only masked by the crust it's formed from cooking in the oven. All this was accompanied by a subtle smell of unhygienic damp smell coming from the table.
