A Longtime Favorite Thatâs Lost Its Touch
I've been a loyal customer of this bakery for years, always leaving with a variety of delicious items and always! recommending it to friends. As someone from Europe, I used to consider this place a little pocket of France far from home â the pastries, breads, and sandwiches were truly authentic and delicious.
Unfortunately, on my recent visit, I noticed a significant drop in quality. Everything I purchased felt dry, and the freshness that once made this bakery stand out just wasnât there anymore. To make matters worse, the customer service has really taken a hit. The staff seemed unhappy and I even witnessed some rudeness towards other customers. Itâs disappointing to see such behavior in a business.
It's a shame to "lose a good friend," as this place was once a gem. Sadly, I wonât be going back. I really hope they can turn things around, but for now, itâs not the same bakery I used to...

Opened by Christian Bonne and Kareen Ferrali. Bonne is a graduate from Ecole Française de Boulangerie & Pâtisserie d'Aurillac (a French baking school), theyâve been running this spot for a few years now.

Think: a light custard piped into a crisp buttery base topped with fresh strawberries (and powdered sugar if i must). The Vanilla Eclair was fine, caramel Mille-feuille delish and the tarts...ohhh, just delightfully decadent... and did i mention their amazing baguettes? A friend bought a baguette for eating at home but it was nearly gone by the time we got to the house.
Havenât tried their coffee but they certainly shine in their sweets. Little french bakery made lovelier by its staff. An absolute gem. Is there anyone who walks away...
