I ordered from 𝗟𝗢𝗞𝗛𝗔 𝗩𝗜𝗘𝗧 𝗙𝗨𝗦𝗜𝗢𝗡 via the Uber Eats app, and I have to say—I was thoroughly impressed! From start to finish, everything about this experience was top-tier. First, the packaging was exceptionally well done. It was clear that great care was taken to ensure the food arrived fresh, intact, and piping hot—something that’s not always guaranteed with delivery. Now onto the food—wow. I ordered the 𝗦𝗣𝗘𝗖𝗜𝗔𝗟 𝗕𝗘𝗘𝗙 𝗣𝗛𝗢, and it was nothing short of incredible. The broth was rich and flavorful, the beef was tender, and the noodles were cooked just right. Every bite was a perfect balance of taste and comfort. The portion size was just right too—not too little, not too much. It left me feeling fully satisfied without being overly full. Lokha Viet Fusion has truly nailed the balance between quality, flavor, and presentation. I’ll definitely be ordering again soon!

Banh mi to go: had the roast pork ($9), classic banh mi thit ($8) and Viet grilled chicken ($8). Beautiful-looking rolls - lightly crispy golden bread, vibrant and fresh toppings. The roast pork roll was salad- and mayo-heavy. It felt to be missing Maggi (soy sauce) which usually brings some much-needed savouriness to a banh mi - without it, this one was quite sweet from the mayo, pickled carrots and lettuce, which overpowered the quite lean roast pork so ate more like a salad roll. The crackling was crunchy but quite salty. The classic was the favourite. Very generous on the BBQ pork and cha lua so each bite was nice and meaty. Just that the chilli was not so well distributed (be warned, theirs is very hot). Also note that they add raw onion to the rolls, which leaves quite a strong after-taste. However, the banh mi are still tasty overall, and filling.

Popped into Lohka craving a roast pork bánh mì, but it had already sold out. Apprehensively, I ordered the karaage chicken instead… and on the first bite, queue the happy food dance (if you know, you know). Hands down one of the best bánh mì I’ve had in Sydney. The chicken was crispy on the outside, juicy on the inside, and absolutely packed with flavour. The bread had that perfect golden crunch, the pickled veg was fresh and zesty, and the chilli added just the right kick. It made a delicious mess on the table, in the best way possible. What really impressed me was the fusion. Lohka strikes a beautiful balance between traditional Vietnamese flavours and creative flair. It’s fusion done right. I’ll definitely be back, earlier next time to finally try that roast pork!

A Hidden Gem in Zetland: Lokha Delivers Exquisite Vietnamese Cuisine with Exceptional Service

I recently had the pleasure of visiting Lokha, a Vietnamese restaurant tucked away in Zetland, and I must say, it was an experience that exceeded all expectations. From the moment I stepped through the door, I was greeted with warmth and hospitality by the incredibly kind owner and staff.

The owner's passion for Vietnamese cuisine was evident in every aspect of Lokha. Their commitment to delivering an exceptional dining experience was truly remarkable. The staff went above and beyond to ensure that every customer felt welcomed and taken care of, creating an inviting atmosphere that made me feel like a part of their culinary family.

Now, let's talk about the food. Lokha offers an exquisite selection of traditional Vietnamese dishes, and I was particularly impressed by their bahn mi and pho. The bahn mi, with its perfectly crispy yet fluffy baguette and an array of flavorful fillings, was an absolute delight. Each bite was bursting with freshness, balanced flavors, and a harmonious blend of textures.

And oh, the pho! It was a bowl of pure comfort and culinary artistry. The rich and aromatic broth, filled with tender slices of beef or chicken, accompanied by an assortment of fresh herbs and condiments, created a symphony of flavors that transported me straight to the streets of Vietnam. The depth and complexity of the pho broth at Lokha truly showcased the chef's expertise and dedication to authenticity.

What impressed me even more was the potential that Lokha holds. The commitment to quality ingredients, the attention to detail in every dish, and the evident passion of the owner and staff all point to a bright future. It's clear that Lokha has the potential to become a culinary destination, not just for Zetland but for all lovers of Vietnamese cuisine in the wider area.

In conclusion, Lokha is a hidden gem that deserves recognition. From the moment you step inside, you're welcomed into a world of impeccable service, warm hospitality, and flavors that will transport you to the heart of Vietnam. With their delectable bahn mi and soul-nourishing pho, Lokha has established itself as a must-visit destination for those seeking an authentic and unforgettable Vietnamese...

Came here last week to try the famous Bahn mi’s and I was kinda disappointed. The crispy tofu one was flavourful yes, however, the tofu was not crispy, and the filling had so much juice/water (not sure of what) and the bread was not that fresh and made soggy. The lemongrass beef was also flavourful but again, the bread wasn’t fresh. The iced matchas were so milky white and had chai in it- they should advertise that on the menu. It’s clear they don’t use high quality matcha and probably use culinary grade and add heaps of milk and chai to maybe mask the flavour and profit more? Please don’t have iced matcha on your menu if you’re not going to get the proportions right and are just putting it on the menu cause everyone else is.

Please note I also came here today at 2:15pm to try again and write an honest review but was closed despite advertising their hours 8am-3pm both on google and their website. If your hours are different please update them in your website and google! Really wanted to give it another go so...

If you could give 10 stars this definitely would have got all 10 First time visiting and it did not disappoint The burger is not to be missed you must order it with the special sauce, and the rice rolls are the freshest with the nicest home made sauce also. Everything made fresh right in front of you which is always nice to see in a very very clean kitchen and everything home made . Staff were super friendly and smiley and welcoming. Just what the area needed , a good restaurant where you could go every night if you please and have something different and tasty . I would recommend the chicken pho also it has the freshest cleanest chicken i have had in the whole of sydney ,pure white and no bits or skin just fresh pieces. I already can't wait to go back and try some more of the menu. The fresh bread rolls are not to be missed also , fresh delivered everyday Shoutout to the chef Simon, he was the...
