Yummy Duck BBQ — Restaurant in Sydney

I used to be a big fan of this place however my recent experience makes me do not want to buy from this place anymore.

I opted for a "Combination of four" takeaway with soy sauce chicken, roasted duck, roasted pork and bbq pork which asked if it will be enough for 3 people. The woman who served me thought about it and said yes as there will be 850g of food in 2 plastic containers. Then I agreed and paid.

The woman got the food ready then put them on the weight to check. Then she put more "off bits" from the corner of the food preparation table. Originally I was apppreciated and when I was home I realised I was totally wrong.

What she did was to put a big chuck of fat roasted pork (which was half of the roasted pork in the container) and mostly burnt to dry bbq pork to make up the weight.

Paid $16.8 for a dry noodle with chicken and duck takeaway. The duck is really pissing me off - all off cuts which are not supposed to be served to customers, soggy skins and hardly have any meat in it. Chicken is of a small portion too - half piece of a maryland from a malnourished spring chicken.

This shop is ripping off takeaway customers big time as no one will open the food to have a check before leaving. I do not believe it was because of the person who was in charge of the "chopping station" as I had very similar experience from the woman seemed to be in charge and the young dude with glasses.

I strongly suggest not to give any future business...

Great little Cantonese Butcher tucked on the main strip in Rosebery/Alexandria just past Green Square.

Heaps of traffic (as per usual), but don't be fooled! All the bitchery fare is great quality and reasonably priced considering the location.

I ate in, watching the stream of cars go by. I ordered the egg noodles with Crispy Pork Belly and Char Su.

As a side order (though it was massive) I also got the wontons in vinegar and chilli oil. Keeping that spice at bay with all that sour goodness!

The service is friendly the egg noodles are good and the presentation is beautiful. Solid local Cantonese Butcher!
