Low 302 — Restaurant in Sydney

I really don't like leaving one star reviews but honestly I have no choice. My card was taken from me when I started a tab at an event around 6 months ago. I didn't realise I had been given a plain card in return. It was only the following day that I realised my card was still at the venue. After repeatedly contacting the venue via phone, email and going into the venue twice, I am yet to get my card back. Emails and phone calls have not been responded to. When I went in I was told they had seen it and would find it for me. The next time I visited my card was not there and the person I spoke to had no idea what I was talking about. I am now having to cancel my card. I am incredibly disappointed with the service here. I also attended an event where table service was provided and trying to get someone to take my order was very difficult. There was only one person behind the bar which I found strange for a sold out event. Lining up took me half an hour when I struggled to get table service. Really shocked by my experiance of this venue last night. My friends and I were walking past and one of my friends I pregnant and needed to quickly go to the bathroom. The venue was absolutely dead quiet with maybe one or two people inside. When my friend asked if she could quickly pop in to urgently use the bathroom the security guard was really rude and told her to go across the road to KFC. My friend was so embarrassed and when I confronted him and said she’s pregnant please can you let her use your bathroom he just said I don’t care and no! He was smirking at us and so rude and completely using his power in a cruel way. I had to ask for the manager who eventually let my friend use the bathroom but she didn’t seem to think that the way the security guard was talking to us was in any way unproffesional or rude. He even put his fingers up at me … I have a picture of him doing this to me on my phone. I’ve come to this venue for about 8 years and never experianced such rude and unkind...

Oh my goodness! I don’t actually have the words for what a spectacular place this was to have my disco themed 40th! After enquiring at a number of venues I came across Bar 302 and could NOT BE HAPPIER!!! I wanted an intimate venue with areas for people to chill but also for a pumping dance floor which Low delivers! Dealing with Stacey was a dream, not only leading up to the event with all the help, answering all my questions super quickly and being so accomodating, she also came on the night to help ensure everything went smoothly. The staff were all SO wonderful, from the word go they were so brilliant with the 60 guests I had, from the great bar to the delicious food (highly recommend the chicken skewers, cheese board and prawn skewers omg so good and generous sizes).
