I came for the the quality burgers at 2019 prices, but then saw those lifechanging words "smoked brisket, jalepeno, and mac & cheese pie". I thought that must be a gee up, no one surely would have the guts to actually attempt such a thing. But I had to try it to know. I was met with perfectly crusty pastry, smoked brisket as good as you'd find, with a perfect kick of heat from the jalepenos. The mac & cheese was the savoury cheery on the top. This is a godsend for workers in the industrial pocket of KaLeura. Burgers are TO DIE FOR and their donuts are always super fresh, which seems like a small thing but it is actually very hard to find a large donut that's not at least a day old and dry as heck. The Lunch Shop is just great. Honestly best french fries in town. Fresh and good quality Ingredients and Burgers are absolutely phenomenal. The Special Burger is highly recommend.
