Mad Mex — Restaurant in Sydney

On or about 3 Feb 24 I stopped here for a lunch break. I admit that I have a hearing loss when there's noise in the background, however I had to ask both of the employees to repeat their questions. I ordered 3 tacos. The price was roughly 16,60$ if I recall correctly. When I asked how come the employee explained that I ordered the beef and the guacamole which is $1 extra for @! Perhaps I'm the only client unaware of this, as I usually eat Mexican at other Restaurants. I noticed how each tacos contained only hints of the extras. Employee didn't care if the "guacamole", on top of the third tacos, contained only 1/3 compared to the other two. The eye doesn't lie !

The employee seemed distracted and in fact was only thinking of getting off from work. Shortly after while I was eating my small portions of Tacos, there e was a staff turnover.

Last night I made my own three tacos at home and I'm sorry I can't send photos but you can find them on my Pinterest page as I love cooking (took after my mum who was a chef in Australia and Italy). Sorry I didn't take photos of what I was offered at mad Mex warringah mall. Never again for $16. Need to...

I’m a huge fan of Mad Mex food... but today I refused to get food from Mad Mex Warringah mall because of the attitude of the manager (I think his name sounded something like “Ice” or something along those lines?). He was so incredibly rude and unfriendly when I asked a question about the food (I’m pregnant so just wanted to check). Mad Mex team you need to have higher standards for your managers and customer service, this man was all ego and no form of friendliness or helpfulness. The rest of the staff seemed very friendly but this man needs a serious lesson on how to be helpful to customers...

I had the best customer service today by Ice, i wasn't really sure what i wanted but Ice helped me decide on what to get. Being from Mexico he really knew his stuff! After a short education I ordered a Beef burrito which was delicious and very filling. The portion size was huge the food tasted fresh and was the perfect temperature. I was really satisfied and will return to order again. The menu was really good and had a great variety for vegetarians too. I think i'll try the chicken next and i'm sure it will be just as good as the beef. Thanks very much from a very fulfilled...
