My first step back into Bankstown and it was a clear no brainer to have some Lebanese baked goods to help me brave the morning rush. Upon walking into the reserved, plain closet of a shop, I was delighted to be greeted by a grandma rolling out dough. As we were short on time, we were pleased to see that our manooshes were handled with grace by the lady yet were ready in a jiffy. Her son/grandson soon came to the front of house and gave us a head up that the zaatar manoosh might get soggy sitting in the bag. The friendly and considerate service that emanated from the strong family presence of the store was enough to brighten up our grogginess. Those warm feelings in the heart don't just stop there, our zaatar and cheese and meat and cheese manooshes further hammered in the fact that a good breakfast can really make your day. Both manooshes were huge in size, piping hot and generously slathered with toppings that slapped you in the face with flavour. The meat mixture was popping with the juices of the diced tomato and sweet onions. Combined with a rich layer of stretchy cheese, it was delicious down to the last bite. However, I found that the lamb bi ajeen meat itself was lacking in its signature spice if it weren't supplemented by the accompanying ingredients. Despite the paper bag being slightly soggy at the bottom, the zaatar was still in its peak form with the balanced ratio of oil and zaatar though I wished there was more cheese alongside it. A unique trait of their dough can be likened to a New York slice, a crispy crust that precedes a soft, delicate interior due to the dough being heavily docked with holes. The skill definitely shows through sight and taste and the local charm imbued into each scrumptious manoosh further hits home for me. Bankstown might be a bit far from where I am but I'll be back whenever the opportunity presents itself!

Hands down one of the best Manoush shops in Sydney. They have the traditional oven so you know you're getting the original tasting Lebanese Manoush. Great atmosphere, great prices and great taste. My 3 highly recommended orders are the Perri Perri pocket, Labneh Manoush and Meat. However, everything taste good. Keep up the great work and taste Manoush delight!!! 😊

I had a pleasant experience dining here. Had meat and cheese, and veggies and cheese manoush. Food was really good, loved it. Staff were friendly and accommodating even though they were stuffed with orders (pick up and dine in). I would definitely visit this Manoush...
