Honestly, you would expect different going there at 1:30-2:00am in the morning, but how wrong was I.
How to start it off? Tables were dirty, rubbish was all over the floors, floors were slippery, rubbish bins, and not just one, but multiple were overflowing, ordered food from the do it yourself section, and when I pressed cash too pay, the receipt didn't print out. When the lady finally brought out our food after 25 minutes of waiting, you would think it would be hot and fresh, nope it was cold and tasted like it was sitting there. You would also think, one she brought the food out, she would clean the rubbish near us? Nope she just dropped our food off and walked away. I had to go back the front counter, and tell them 2 of my burgers were cold, my chips & nuggets were cold and asked for fresh ones.
Finally 10 minutes later, she came out with my meal, and it was actually better. Still during the time we were there, no staff were interested too clean up.
Went toilets, they smelled horrible. Look, I get you guys are working night shifts and you might have periods where it's full on busy, and then periods where it's very quiet and I understand you want your jobs too be cleaned and you want your area / work station to be cleaned and everything is done properly, but too have to sit amongst rubbish, is really not good..
Only thing I will be happy to say, is when I ordered my partners food, I actually waited a good 10 minutes, and it came fresh so he was very happy about that.
But next time, please try too remember to use you're staff in a appropriate way. You don't need 1 staff per station, you can rotate your staff around and visa versa too useyour staff more actively.
For example, if it's quiet and you've got5 staff cleaning their station, ask one staff to start cleaning tables & wiping down tables, whilst another staff gets the mop, bucket & detergent ready.
I don't know really, in the end it should be common knowledge, like yes ok youve asked them to clean and top up their station with sauces and whatever else, they should think in their head, ok first I will clean the area where people want to come and eat and then I will do my assigned tasks.
All I'm saying is that, you should use the staff wisely, because right where the front entry & exit is, it was very slippery there, and the last thing you want is someone to have a fall due to it being slippery and then what? All of you's are going to come running out to help the person who's had the fall, and one of you's are magically going to clean the slippery area?

10/11/2024 - we never go to Emerton. We drive extra for the sports park at Blacktown because our locals are shocking, but EMERTON TAKES THE GOLD MEDAL FOR THE WORST FRANCHISE OF MCDONALDS.
Got to the drive through at 6pm - ordered 2 happy meals, QTR pounder meal and a double cheese burger meal. They asked to wait out the front. There was SIX CARS ALLREADY WAITING ! Slowly orders came out and the 3 girls just laughing. I was making a note they didn't even apologise. In this time one lady in a white car had enough and went back through the drive through. I looked in and could see a tall islander boy with an afro on his phone talkkng to another 2 guys. Girls standing around chatting.
By the time we got ours it was 25/30minutes. The young girl in a black hijab handed my food and walked off and I asked, "Excuse me why did it takes so long" she just said waiting on the chips and walked off again ! I said so I calles out and said so i just waited 25/30minutes for chips and she laughed and walked off again and I then got angry and pulled her up on this and asked her name by this time she ignored me and walked off. I told her I'll be taking this further because this is not ok !! She could of said "hey look sorry it took long I'll go get the manager" No customer service. Just rude staff.
Finally got back home and surprise surprise *medium chips burnt and 2 Happy Meal chips was raw, large chips raw Missing toys for the happy meals Lemonade was actually just soda water Burnt burger paddies on all 3 burgers One burger (cheese burger) with no onion and pickles had onion and pickles One burger (qtr pounder) with no onion had onion Everything cold
So nothing was made fresh! Everything was burnt! No customer service!

Review 6/6/2023 - Went through drive through and could only pay by tap (wanted to insert and pin) so had to go inside to order. 1 of the self serve order machines was down, 1 next to it couldn't accept card payment and had no paper to print out a receipt to pay at register. There was maybe 6 UberEats/Menulog delivery drivers waiting to pick up orders. Orders were sitting on the counter for more than 10 minutes before they got picked up and the staff are working so slow. There was no indication that there was any management staff on to direct the crew who were working. I waiting 18 minutes before my order was called and it was stone cold so I asked for it to be remade and they looked at me like I had 2 heads. Chips were hot but overcooked, Double Quarter pounder was "warm" at best and looked like it had been sitting in their warmer for way too long from how black it was. Only thing that was fresh was the apple pie.
