McDonald's Kings Cross — Restaurant in Sydney

I was in hospital. I was so hungry I had to try to get out for a stroll. Even though I was not allowed to go. Because of the lack of oxygen. So I did. Because I love to break the rules. And push myself. Got there. Got two cheese burgers , a meal deal,7.99 or something, the service was excellent. Very busy with young people , everyone was well behaved. I should not be eating this. The burger looked like dog food. The chips were nice. Someone left their car keys right next to me , I handed them in. The staff were friendly. But yet again all product placement. False reality food. Not much to choose from here. Walking back to the hospital . Everything was shut down by ,11.00 pm in king's Cross. Everyone milling around with nothing to do. I could not believe how dark it was there, I need a 24+ hr pharmacy. Asked a lovely girl if there was anything open. No What at 11 pm Saturday night Sydney. I said that is tragic ,she smiled and agreed as everyone does here. The place is a joke. What the hell is going on in Sydney. Its beyond a joke Got back to the hospital.. They were waiting for me . Xxxx ❤️ Went up and tried to rest , ended Up crying because I was so upset at the lack of choice here.

That is my story of going out to kings cross Mc Donald's. Boring. And I have not been there for years. Its a shell of its former self. Nothing is happening. Just like Sydney in general. When will everything come back to life? I really don't care. I can't...

7 (SEVEN) stars to all staff & the Manager working early morning last week. I live around the corner & work in hospitality so I came in after shift end about 2am on a weekday morning. They were just getting a huge amount of deliveries (direct from street: they don’t have a loading dock) and also sweeping & mopping floor tiles (very well: I do this myself so I know when it’s done properly vs. badly) so the Manager (incredibly well!) came up to me & explained it & apologised & advised they’d be back in business taking orders in 15 mins. And they were! And the place was IMMACULATE, especially for a 24x7 Maccas in a demanding part of town. Great work everyone: the STAFF who work hard here are what keeps us coming...
