I went to McDonald merrylands bet 11Pm to 11:30pm yesterday 25.01.24. I ordered 6 nuggets happy meal and cheeseburger happy meal for my daughter I’ve given instructions just I want just the meat and cheese no sauce and veggies at all. Plus I got Mac spicy chicken in a small meal and Oreo McFlurry. I waited for my order in the waiting bay. But bCoz I want one more Oreo McFlurry I walked inside McDonald ordered just Oreo McFlurry it TOOK ME 15mins just for the ice cream to get wherein there’s only few people inside 4 friends waiting and complaining already. Same as myself. So I call their attention what took so long for ice cream to give. After that complain to those young staff I got my ice cream, as well as my drive thru order. Went home and check my food. Ma spicy chicken meal is ok BUT when I CHECKED THE HAPPY MEAL INSTEAD 6 NUGGETS HAPPY MEAL I GOT LIKE PINEAPPLE FRITTERS (I don’t know never order it to McDonald at all) it’s inside the kids box and the CHEESEBURGER HAPPY MEAL I SAID JUST MEAT AND CHEESE NO SAUCE AND NO VEGGIES BUT IT HAS CATSUP AND PICKLES INSIDE. ALL WAS WRONG BUT CANNOT GO BACK TO THEIR STORE ANYMORE. I TRIED RINGING THEIR PHONE BUT AFTER ONE RING YOUR CALL DROPPED BY ITSELF. Meaning THE STORE IS UN-CONTACTABLE…… TERRIBLE STORE WITH A TERRIBLE STAFF LAST NIGHT. I RANG THE NO FOUBD ON WEBSITE 8841 8100 20x SAME RESULT. Until today I wasn’t able to tell them how poor their service and NEVER GET MY ORDER FROM THEM I OAID $45 more LAST NIGHT ONLY 25.01.24, THURSDAY. The PHOTO I attached supposed to be 6 NUGGETS HAPPY MEAL I NEVER ORDER IT BUT IT WAS GIVEN TO ME. The fact I am ordering on their drive thru they need to be more CAREFUL And AWARE Of the customers instructions. If you have allergies or whatsoever with pickles or catsup for example only but they ADDED to your burger they can Kill the customer. They should LISTEN WELL and FOLLOW what the customer requested to their order. VERY BAD SERVICE, STAFF NOT SMILING, VERY SLIW AND POIR SERVICE (just ice cream took 15 to 20mins to give). I WILL NOT RECOMMEND TO DRIVE THRU TO MERRYLANDS WEST BRANCH AT ALL. To the MANAGER PLS CHECK YOUR STAFF ON A NIGHT SHIFT THEY ARE NOT EXCELLENT STAFF AT ALL. Multiple times we have been to that Mc Donald’s, and those times we have had to deal with grace has been a horrible experience. Not only having attitude and being rude, but refusing to get a manager when we ask to speak to one, rolling her eyes, and tampering with our food. First experience we had with her she was made to apologise to us. But she clearly still didn’t learn from that, pointing fingers at us, shoving our drinks at us. She is argumentative and confrontational. We should be able to our local McDonald’s and have an easy smooth sailing experience but clearly not. If someone can not speak politely to customers then they definitely should not be on the customer service side of things, stick her on fries. First we were told we need to park. No explanation on why need to park, was told we need to because she had told us to. She had finally said they were waiting for fresh patties. After small confrontation back and fourth we spoke with two different managers, Jeff he was the only one who actually seemed to care about what we had to say. While we were speaking with Jeff our order was ready. Jeff was very apologetic. We then checked our meals and to our surprise they were not fresh meat like they said they were waiting for. It was all dried and old. We then went back in and and spoke with Jeff and explain the whole reason we were told to park was because they were waiting on fresh meat yet our burgers did not have fresh meat, which means we were lied to when we asked why we had to park. Jeff had yet again had to apologise for the way his staff were, offered us a whole new meal, with a refund and chucked in a couple of Apple pies. I don’t think front counter should be allowed to speak to customers the way they do. If she doesn’t like dealing with customers then maybe mc Donald’s is not the job for her. Read moreOh where do i start with this store, some of the starf are very pleasant people to deal with most are very rude and unpleasant depressing humans that need an attitude adjustment. the food 90% of the time is cold because it's just left on the counter for 10mins plus the chips are hardly ever full. the burgers look like they are throw together from a distance. but i guess it's McDonald's what else can you expect from a fast food franchise? updated 11th April 23 we just waited 30 mins out the back where the dumpsters are because of the renovations to get a halfa cup of chips a cheeseburger that had been made 20 mins before we got it. so we rang the bell nobody would come out 20 mins of trying so we had to go to the drive through window. to wait another 10 mins for hot food, so 1 hr later we finally got the large cheeseburger meal. how this place can be open in the state its in is beyong me. photo will noy upload???
updated 7th October 2023 we were hoping after the renovations things would get better, the first 1 month was good but they are worse then ever. we waited 20 mins for a large 20 nugget meal, as perusual the large chips were half full and cold as well as the nuggets asked for fresh made she came back 2mins later slide them to me and said hope its to your liking. they were the same batch, so my son took them back, 3 mins later shejust gave us the same batch of nuggets and said to my son well i hope they are hot enough to your standards. with a smug look on her face. most of the staff are rude little childern with attitude problems half the management here do nothing to manage their staff. and are just as rude. and wait times are off the scale and then get cold food. wouldn't be as bad if it was hot and fresh after 20-30-40 plus minutes.
