ME Coffee Merchants — Restaurant in Sydney

First of all, I've actually never had an amazing experience here but keeps coming back and hoping for the best. On Friday I went there with my daughter to get a takeaway coffee and babycino. It was late afternoon and I asked if they were still open. The woman behind the desk said, not very friendly, "yeah"! I ordered my coffees but when I got them mine was week/watery and the milk was too hot. I couldn't even touch the cup. I wasn't sure if I should say anything but did it as a male colleague of hers had arrived. I told them my experience and he luckily just asked me what I had a started making a new. I said fw 1 sugar and then the woman said: " well there is no sugar in that one". Pointing at my coffee. GREAT! So a very weak coffee with burning HOT milk and no sugar. Everything I didn't wanted. Why work in a place if you can't be friendly or be able to make an ok coffee? I left with a much better...

I ordered on doordash. Vanilla Milkshake and Caramel Milkshake were tiny! please see photo, cigarette packet is for size comparison. they weren't even full! milkshakes were such a rip off which is a shame because the Bacon Egg Roll was perfect. it's sad when a business is willing to get 1 star reviews for the sake of a bit of milk. 🙄
