Poor Quality and Misleading Service

We had an incredibly disappointing visit to Mezzapica Cafe. Despite requesting an ice latte, the lack of professionalism was evident from the start.

The staff seemed unsure about the availability of ice, and upon receiving the drink, it was clear that something was amiss. Instead of properly prepared ice cubes, what I got seemed like frozen ice scraps scraped from a freezer's side, with a stale, off-putting odor and a strange appearance.

Went here on Saturday. The food was so fantastic Ordered beef burger and pasta. They were all big portion so absolutely yummy foods at a very good price, only $15! Coffee was also very good at very good price.$4.40. Toby’s estate coffee is used here at this price ! Cheapest coffee price in Sydney. Very nice Barista and good service ! I have been known this cafe for longtime and there was a massive improvement in atmosphere service and food since management changed three months ago. so this must be tried if any chance to come...

I had a very disappointing experience at this café. The service was not welcoming at all, and unfortunately, we felt almost discriminated against during our visit. The staff treated us with little respect and made us feel very uncomfortable, as if we were not valued customers.

A café should be a place where everyone feels welcome, but sadly that was not the case here. I truly hope the management takes this feedback seriously and works on improving both their service and their attitude...
