Pho Nam Dinh Leichhardt — Restaurant in Sydney

Last week I got food poisoning from raw beef (shaking beef) and there was a piece of raw chicken in the pho broth(beef pho). I guess most reviews are from people that don't actually see how dirty the broth actually is (or the contents) since it is not packaged separate. I'm not sure if raw food is a common practice here but they refused to even apologise for giving me food poisoning. I would not recommend! p.s the tomato rice from here taste like literal rice and tomato paste.

It is true that raw beef is a delicacy in beef pho however the raw beef is shaking beef and not pho? You'd think someone who owns a Vietnamese restaurant can differentiate between shaking beef and the thinly sliced beef that is commonly inside pho. However, the raw chicken inside the broth for the beef pho is something that I have never come across before and you seemed to not touch base on it. Finally, finally, I’ve found such a perfect bowl of Pho around the city! I’ve tried many Pho bowls around Marrickville and CBD but Pho Nam Dinh is the most delicious and stable standard of cooking (excellent seasoning, flavor and quality of ingredients). I especially love your pho noodle here, fresh and smooth that hardly find in any other places. I have to share my experience here because I value people who cook with care, passion and a whole heart. You deserve to have more recognition and I do hope you will keep this standard forever.

Love every small thing here like the vinegar garlic or sauces. Though Pho Nam Dinh is supposed to be Northern style, you have all sauces of Southern style for whoever needs it.
