Michel's Patisserie Rockdale — Restaurant in Sydney

Called on Sunday for a birthday cake. A person who barely speaks English answered. I asked for a cake and made it very clear to him that I wanted an image on the cake. “Hye Ye Ye turday come dis turday”. I proceeded to come on Thursday and the following conversation took place: “Hello I would like to order a cake” “Oke oke inaudible babbling” He then goes and serves another customer. After he took their order I asked again and he tried to do the same thing but I stopped him. Mind you there weren’t many people there on that day. “So hyu wan mud cak?” “No I don’t want a mud cake I want a sponge cake and I’ll show you the image I want printed on there too” “Ho noh noh imag we no doo imag” “But I called on Sunday and you were the one that told me that I could do images” “Noh noh noh imag” “Okay well why did you tell me you could do an image?” confused expression on his face “uuuuhhhh noh imag” I then left and ordered a cake somewhere else. I wanted to get an image on the cake on there as well but thanks to that intellectual it was too late to order an image. So I guess that’s my experience...

I have been to a few Michel's on the Sydney area, and I've honestly never been impressed. This location is by far the best presented, cleanest, and most well-staffed location I've come across. The only best coffee cafe inside rockdale plaza is Michel’s. I love this place and coffee here. I am customer since long here. Whenever I visit plaza, my stop is here to get coffee. Staffs are very friendly and nice. The taste of coffee is superb. 5-star And Cheers!!!! You should visit once for their coffee, cakes, cookies...
