Mina Bakery Pizza & Cafe Merrylands — Restaurant in Sydney

My zaatar (oregano) Manoush wrap had good amount of salad filling, the bread was soft & thin just right for manoush. The zaatar (oregano) spice taste was sufficient but the edges around the wrap contained no zaatar spice.. The Cheese Manoush was satisfactory, they could have spread the cheese a bit more to the edges of the pizza Manoush as edge was empty & crispy.

The cheese pide was a good size portion in comparison to other places, the bread made well, but edges around pide was just dough & cheese filling was located mostly in the middle, but a very tasty filling indeed.

Found the Cheese & tomato Manoush a bit bland (maybe they just used one type of cheese), so I sprayed a few pinches of oregano zaatar spice over it, for flavour, but very generous in size. The base was cooked perfectly.

The Soujuk & Veggies Manoush pizza would have to be their best Manoush . Love the toppings, the dough base perfect & taste, 5 star for this one..

The Meat ± Cheese Manoush was made well, bread of Manoush was fantastic, the topping was spread to the edges of dough base, but felt the mince was a little under cooked for my personal preference, as I like my mince well done.. Maybe because of the cheese being on top, that they didn't want the cheese to burn..

I had to put it under the grill again, when I went home, so the mince under the cheese can be cooked to my liked preference which is well done....

Next time I think it's best to order Half Cheese +Half Meat Manoush. That way the heat will get to the mince as the cheese is only on one half & the meat exposed on the other half side... can be cooked to well...

This is amazing pizza! It's cooked in a traditional pizza oven and the dough is absolutely perfect. It's slightly crispy on the outside and fluffy and soft on the inside. Just enough topping for awesome flavour but not so much that you can't eat each slice with one hand. The vegetable, sujuk and cheese pizza is so delicious. The sujuk is spicy and gives it a great aroma. It's so cheap too! You can get a standard pizza for $5 and a fancy pizza for $7! The restaurant isn't super swish but it's not supposed to be. It's good, simple and delicious food. They have a great handwashing...
