I have ordered oat cappuccino 3/4 full. It was cold. Barista use cold coffee liquid. I returned my coffee to barista because it was cold. She hitting my coffee on microwave try to give to me. I told her you can’t hitting my coffee in microwave. I’m not asking for microwave coffee. She ask me what she would like to do. I told her to make fresh one. She said she can’t replace new one. All the food they make is so bland and dry. The only thing that is actually edible is the sausage and egg muffin, which I actually quite enjoy from time to time.
