UPDATE: I've updated my review to a 5-star review because I have been to Momo again recently and they are taking orders manually again and I also was able to pay cash. The food, as always stated, is healthy and super tasty. Thanks for reviewing your practices Momo folks!

Food is great. HOWEVER… the ordering system is awful. You’re standing there with a queue of people behind you trying to navigate a system that is not intuitive or user friendly. In addition to that, when you ask to just pay cash the answer is “we don’t have change”. There is just one poor girl behind the counter trying to do everything, making food and answering questions about the crappy ordering system. It’s not her fault. In the time I was there, 4 people just walked away saying this is all too hard. For the love of god, you’re not making it easy to spend...

Will NEVER go here again!

I ordered through their machine in-store and after 20 minutes on a quiet day it still hadn’t arrived so I went up to them & they hadn’t even seen the order!! I also got a public holiday surcharge (2 days after Aus Day on a Tuesday) but they refunded me with coins after I showed them.

Didn’t even get an apology. Then watched them argue with a customer because they gave her the wrong order and refused to change it 🤦🏽‍♂️

Food is okay but seriously DON’T waste your time!

Go to the Vietnamese place (Mekong Merchant) around the corner… better service, better food...
