Mr. Zeng Lanzhou Beef Noodle 大曾面道兰州牛肉面 — Restaurant in Sydney

The lady who took our order on 15/05/25 at 6:30pm charged us for large without asking whether we wanted regular or large. After we had paid and realised this, we told her that we actually wanted regular and asked for a refund. She refused to give a refund and just handed us a can of Coke while being rude the whole time. Be careful and check your order as they might upsize your order without you knowing just to make a quick extra few bucks!

Update: The response from the owner implies that I did not ask for a refund when I actually did, to which the lady rudely said NO to several times before saying all she can compensate with is a can of Coke instead of a refund of money. I would have preferred my money refunded but I was not given this choice. Yes, customers can choose whether they want regular or large but the lady serving at the time ASSUMED we wanted large for all our orders WITHOUT ASKING and charging us for large. Why didn't she assume we want regular instead? She assumed we wanted large because it's more expensive and therefore more profit for the stall. Plain and simple. Very disappointed with the Lanzhou beef noodle. There was hardly any beef in it. The beef I got looked like leftover scraps. I understand I went near their closing time, but if there isn't enough beef left, you should have informed your customer that you are sold out for the day instead of still selling me something that is totally not worth its price.
