Worst customer service ever!! We've been here 20 times getting the same thing and there's never a smile, never a hello, they never use gloves to touch the strawberries or bananas that they cut... Use their hands on dirty towels and touch our food. They have arguments with their customers in front of others. They called us a liar and told us what we usually order and Yelled at us across the store and humiliated us in front of others.. You should never come to this place! It's shocking!!! Go to any other nutrition station or any other cafe except this one please. Last time we'll come here and we'll be sure to let all of our friends know from the local gym to stay...

Good quality food, friendly environment, great customer service, a good value meal all prepared in a timely manner. One of the top food places to go to in liverpool. Will always recommend nu liverpool as they have a good variety of meals and you are able to mix and match to your preference. Food is lovely, healthy and fresh... Price wise for 2 people it's easily at the $50 mark... but customer service is not the best, tables, water glass and seats need to be cleaned... when dining in, orders should be taken rather you going back to order... table water is displayed on the front counter, not offered when dining unless you ask for it.... customer service is needed to be worked...
