The lights are on, the tree is lit, and the foodies are all dressed up. It's Christmas in July at the Oliver Brown Olympic Park! We went to the Oliver Brown to take part in their Christmas in July event last week that was organised by @lickyourphone and we had a BLAST! We popped some BonBons and took part in a Waffle decorating competition - for the record we were not good at this at all 😭 but we had heaps of fun in the process. For Dinner we had Burger Slides, Prawn tacos, some wraps and of course fries. At first we were surprised that Oliver Brown had that type of food on their menu but we loved it. Our favourite was the Chicken Wrap There was also a DJ with his trumpet playing some tunes all night so we decided to start a dance floor while we were on a sugar high. Thanks Mark Matthews! The place was beautifully decorated and the staff was super friendly and helpful, making sure everyone had what they needed when they needed it.

I was here at least 30 mins prior to closing. The trading hours says closing on Friday as 11pm and I have a picture of that from the shop. The lady simply refused to give us coffee or Belgium waffle suggesting that they have no time given they have to close. I asked that if I can speak to the manager and was told she isnt here. Point being either the business state officially that they don’t serve a customer or change the trading time you are claiming on Google or at shop. I travelled a good 10km to be here on time. Culture speaks a lot. Attached pictures. (It took 15 mins for me to write this message). The time of upload is 10:41 pm on Friday (15th Mar 2024)

We went there for Eid buffet this week around 11am. Buffet variety was good and tasty. Bit pricey though for morning breakfast buffet 35$ for adults and 20$ for kids. We had to pay for our five year old too even though I told the owner at reception that she will not eat a single bite as she was not in eating mood but she said rudely that we had to pay for her too! She later distributed a platter of sweets as may be it’s Eid but when I said Eid Mubarak to her she replied with not interested attitude! Overall it was a mixed experience of happiness as it was Eid morning and lack of enthusiastic gesture!

Perfect location, great coffee, kids friendly! Is it all? No, I have just started. It is a very special Oliver Brown. Great for fans to watch events on a large screen, darts and lots, lots of space both indoors and outdoors. They have very nice people making coffees and making meals. I was here with a kid but will come here with my wife for a lunch and with family and friends before Olympic Park sport events. A place is very stylish and so so cooool! It is special Oliver Brown for me.

Very mid tbh. I went there at night and got some waffles and churros. Though they tasted good, I don't think it was worth the money. The waffles were pretty small and not crispy but the churros were good. There was lots of seating and it was nice they had some board games and stuff available to play. They had a darts setup too which would've been fun but all the dart tips were broken. Overall I wouldn't really go again for the price but I suppose it's ok for a drink/catch-up

Stopped here for a dessert treat after a school performance across the road at Quaycentre. Lovely atmosphere with a swing that enticed us that much we had to try it out. Got chocolate fondue for two to share between three. It was enough for us all. Only feedback was the banana was chopped too thin so the skewer fork broke it up when you pierced it. This meant you couldn't dip the banana into the chocolate as it became too small/difficult to do so.
