Well well well I have been visiting this place for at least four years with my clients with disabilities and without fail. I think I have had one experience a month ago where I was greeted and was served professionally.
I’m paying $7.50 for some chips. That is a small and some ketchup and I had to ask her 3 times if I could have fresh chips the first time she told me that those chips are only 10 minutes old again I asked if I could please have fresh chips 3rd time round she decided to cook me roar chips with no salt I’m assuming I’m being punished for asking for fresh chips. I was the only customer there and no one was sitting down in the dining eating
I only usually visit on Tuesday .. the worst one of them all is the short Filipino lady. She is absolutely disgusting and I would completely ignore my hunger when I see her face, I refuse to eat there when she is working.
All the other reviews are on point Has to be the worst customer service I have...
Read moreI am so agree with the previous review from Renne. She definitely described my experience at The Cafe Aqua. I went there for a birthday party and the host invited us for a coffee. All tables were dirty, I went to the register to ask for help and she offered me the table cloth for me to clean. Then another lady said “don’t worry I’ll come to clean and it took ages”, we ended up moving the chairs to be away of the mess. Please note the place was not busy. The floor was dirty too and we saw a cockroach on the floor. The lady at the register was not happy. I don’t like to write negative comments as you can see in my previous reviews. However, the management at the SOPAC needs to do something. It is such a great place for families, it should be clean and follow the hygiene guidelines as they serve food. My daughter wants her birthday party there and yo be honest I’m so worry to other the food...
Read moreI try really hard to not be critical about business and judge them on a single interaction.
My family visits the centre once a week and have great time in the pool area. We then come upstairs with our friends and all of ours and friends kids , near the café. We have ordered various food and coffee over the years. Unfortunately, not a single experience has been pleasant. Staff are not at all welcoming. Intact, most times we feel like asking for more food on a prison line, when ordering.
Coffee quality is average, at the best. Noting the frequency of young kids that visit the venue, café staff are not flexible to cater for special requests (even if you happy to pay extra).
All of the above is when the café has been extremely quiet. So it isn't a time management issue as well.
I have given two stars as the café has a lot of seating and provides for a communal microwave and bottle...
