I used to go and buy my regular items from here, but never again. Instead I would go to Singhs Food Warehouse where the customer service is excellent and bigger and better store comparatively. Bought an Indian spice box from here for a friend, for $40. it was too small and I requested the lady if she can EXCHANGE it for a big one and I can pay the difference what so ever. First she said no she can’t although it’s been just 2 weeks. Then she said they won’t be getting any stock for 2 months, I assured her it’s ok as I am not in rush and I can wait. After a long conversation I politely asked her if she can give me the WhatsApp number of the owner/ manager so that I can talk to him. First she said he isn’t here and is overseas. Then she said that she can’t share his number. Then she changed her statement that she don’t have his number at all which showed that she is LYING. How come you work here and you don’t have his number. The lady working there has extremely pathetic and poor customer service skills. They do not even deserve...

Don't know about the grocery part, rather the food part I'd like to talk about. This is not your typical Indian food store. There were lots of items that are usually not commonly available. Specially the vegetables. Things like ocra, eggplant, and varieties of spinach. And one day they had a Merlin curry, absolutely loved it, the fish was cooked perfect. Also, they change what they cook, so you never know what dishes will be there. Some items are a little bit hot for general public, I can handle heat, but others may not. Ask which ones are hot if you don't like hot spicy. If i go to that mall and it's lunch time. I'll check them out first, see...

I bought qilla basmatti rice 2 days ago and it was $14.99. This morning I bought another one, the price gone up to $21.99, even though it is from the same stock pile. The person on the counter did not even scan the product and just said $21.99. I responded that I just bought 2 days ago, and it is the same product from your same stock. She did not issue me an invoice as well. We've been buying stuff from your place for a year, but it is saddening that during this trying time, where there is scarcity in essential goods, you dare to take an advantage....
